I went about 2-3 weeks ago for an electric shaver. When we arrived, it looked like a typical best…read morebuy store. But when we went to the shaver aisle, we noticed that it looked unorganized. Various models were randomly placed, not matching the labels in the aisle. I could not find the shaver I was looking for, so I gave up. I also tried looking for a screen protector for my pixel phone, but most of them were for newer versions and models. I tried looking for a clerk to help me, but all looked busy. I gave up on that as well. The only thing we bought was a toner cartridge for my mom's printer, which was at the regular price. Checkout didn't take too long, as there wasn't much of a line. The person who handled the checkout was friendly. This best buy might be getting old and may need a renovation. At least for the shavers, it looked unkempt. My dad and I were about to go away empty handed, but at least we got the printer toner. The millennia mall area seems to have better selection and value, so I would shop there instead. So, we decided to visit Apple to find deals on unlocked phone. We waited in line, but the line move fast and we got representative in 5 minutes. He said there are no deals, but showed the phones available. Our representative explained the differences of the phones, with the pro having a third camera and better battery life. My dad decided to get the IPhone 17 Pro (about 1100 dollars). We first wanted to trade in the old phone (the 12 mini worth about 150 dollars), but then we were told we would need to access the Apple account to wipe the data. Unfortunately, my dad forgot the Apple password, so we didn't trade the old phone. We just bought the phone, but were given a couple days if we decide to trade it in. The whole process was done in 15 minutes, so it was pretty quick. It was pretty crowded during Black Friday, but we appreciated that all the sales reps were moving fast, but still patient with the customers. There were displays of the all the products, that can be tried before buying. Most are on demo mode, which also advertises the phone when not being interacted. My dad likes the new phone, but still under a learning curve with the new features. It also took some time to transfer some of the apps, data, and passwords to the new phone. For people who love IPhone and other Apple products, it is a good store to try them before buying, and best when buying unlocked phones so you can choose and move to any carrier. Overall: B

The representative was busy with another customer, but acknowledged me and told me she will get with me in a couple minutes. Once she was ready, I told her I was looking for the Pixel 10 pro XL. She checked her computer on the availability, grabbed a key, went to the inventory, and showed me the phone. Since I knew what I was looking for, she didn't have to advertise the phone to me. I told her this is exactly what I wanted, and I was ready to buy. I did need a thick protective case and screen protector. She immediately got the OtterBox case, but told me that they were out of screen protectors. I told her the OtterBox was perfect and she got the phone and the case for me, checked me out quickly, and we finished about 20 minutes later. I am sorry I forgot her name, but our representative was so prompt, friendly, and helpful. Plus, I was about to get the phone for 250 off and the OtterBox on sale too! Because of her and the great deals, it's a 5 for me! The rest of the store looks like your typical Best Buy, with the security staff at the entrance for loss prevention.
