Don't recommend this place at all, took my phone in for water damage and screen replacement, my phone screen was having problems almost immediately when I had just gotten it back, it was disconnecting and the screen was faulty. I needed my phone so I went to a different place to get it fixed and the tech showed me my phone opened up, the battery had been replaced with a battery that doesn't hold charge, they did not properly clean the phone and the screen that was "OLED" and premium had to be replaced because it was faulty I do not recommend this place just go somewhere else not worth it. read more

the other day, I walked into SmartDevices911 to ask if they could replace a defective and potentially dangerous lithium battery that had swelled in my Motorola 5G phone. They said they could and immediately ordered the replacement cells, with a "come back tomorrow" to do the actual replacement. I did return the very next day, whereupon they replaced the defective cells and had my phone working as good as new. Not only did they do a terrific job replacing the cells but their price was astonishingly low. These guys are terrific and I would suggest to anyone with problematic cell phones give them a chance to do a repair. read more

After all of the positive feedback I heard about Smart Devices 911 I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately my experience was less than stellar. I dropped off an iPad mini with a cracked screen on Monday January 23rd at around 11am. I was promised it would be ready by 7pm same-day. When I went back the next day around the same time (24th around 11am) I was told it wasn't done but it was the first priority for the day and the man at the counter offered a half-hearted 10% discount for the inconvenience. I did not receive a call informing me of the delay or anything, which was quite disappointing. When I went back around 4:30pm to pick up the device, I was given a 25% discount and a more sincere apology. The quality of the work is not impressive at all. The glass still has a tiny crack in it and the home button sticks. UPDATE: April 2015 - After receiving this review, the Owner of Smart Devices 911 contacted me directly to rectify this situation. I shipped the iPad back to the store, they repaired it in two days, and shipped it back next-day air. They also provided a full refund (without me asking) and a gift certificate for future business. read more

I've used Smart Devices 911 (3) times over the last 6 years and have to say they have always delivered. Great customer service, product knowledge and most recently a sales associate that is knowledgeable, friendly and very nice to be around. We needed help with my sons phone not charging, turns out that he has too much lint in his pockets, which they immediately corrected, phone charges great now. We made inquiries about new phones and she had all the right answers. We'll be back to buy for Christmas. It's really great to have people who still care about customer service nearby. read more

This is the best cell phone repair shop. Ever. I called this morning because my S4 screen was cracked. By the time I brought my phone there they got the parts my phone needed and I only had to wait 30 mins for them to fix it. It was way cheaper than using my service providers insurance. This business destroyed my new Galaxy 5,when it got sent to them for a new charging port. They soaked it in alcohol to open it, which damaged the insides, and couldn't be bothered to put the screws back in or rewire it. The owner Nick promised me a replacement phone, a refund on the 80 bucks I paid for the port and then....nothing. Total lack of integrity. read more

My husband and I would go here all the time when had issues with our electronics but, not anymore. I use to love this place until a new manager by the name of Dustin took over. He's rude and not for the customers. I had my galaxy S 4 repaired there and less then 2 weeks the lcd went out again so I called and spoke to the manager at the time named Exavier. Told him the situation and he said no problem bring it back so that I call look at it. I took it back on 9/27/2016 and he looked at it and adviced me that it was still under warranty. He said he was ordering the screen and it should be ready on 10/10/2016. On 10/10/2016 i called and Dustin told me that the screen was in back order and had not came yet but, it should be in any day now and that they would call me when it does. So a few weeks went by still no call from them so I called them still no screen. So I advised them that I borrowed a phone and needed my phone back as soon as possible they told me ok but they needed a little more time because the screen still had not came in. A few more weeks went by and I still had not heard back from them so I called again. Dustin told me the screen was in and that i could pick my phone up the next day. On the next day I drive there like 30-45 minutes to get my phone. I called them when I was on the way because I was in traffic to let them know that I was on the way and to make sure they would still be open. That's when Dustin said that my screen did come in but it was damaged so he would be reordering another screen. He said that it would take a few days before getting there but give him a few days and they would call me. A week went by no call so I called them. The guy that answered the phone told me my phone was still no ready. So I lost my patience I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor and that I needed my phone fixed. He said he would call one and call me back. He called Dustin and Dustin tolded him to tell me that my phone was not under warranty and they would not fix my phone unless I paid. I went off. He guy told me that Dustin was the new manager and that he would be back on Monday. On Monday I called and spoke to Dustin and he was rude and unhelpful. He told me that phone wasn't under warranty and they would not fix it until I paid. I told him I wanted to speak to Xavier since he was the one helping me from the beginning he told me that Xavier was no longer there and that he's now the new manager and that he couldn't honor what Xavier had promised me even though I have it in writing. He told me that if I wanted to speak to speak to someone higher up that I could call on Friday when owner gets in. On Friday I called still no one but Dustin. I'm frustrated and don't feel like dealing with Dustin anymore. He is unprofessional and not helpful to the customers he told me that Xavier was too helpful that is why he isn't there anymore. That alone was not professional for him to tell a customer. My phone is still there as of 12/12/2016 and I still haven't spoke to anyone higher up then Dustin. I'm furious and thinking about taking my paperwork that I have to a lawyer. read more

Save yourself a lot of headache and DO NOT GO HERE! I went in on a Saturday to get a broken face plate and problems w/ the touch screen fixed. I paid $155 and left, and the phone stopped working about 30 minutes later. Drove 40 minutes to go back Monday and was told I had a defective faceplate that needed to be replaced - but they didn't have any white ones in stock, and to come back tomorrow. Drove another 40 minutes Tuesday only to be told they didn't have any white ones - but PROMISED they would have one Thursday and to come back again. Drove back Thursday - again no white ones. Furious, I had the guy get the manager on the phone and was given a lot of lip service on the phone, then a lot of attitude from the employee bc he was "busy". Eventually they put another black plate on and again promised they would have a white one Friday. Drove the dreaded 40 minutes AGAIN Friday in the pouring rain only to be told AGAIN - you guessed it, they didn't have any white ones. So I asked to just put my broken plate back on and give me a refund - but was told that he couldn't "authorize" it, and only the manager could do a refund, and that I would have to come back the next day for a refund. All this time - my phone still doesn't work. And now has the wrong color face plate. AND can't get my money back. So seriously, save yourself and go somewhere else! I wish I did. read more
