I was not disappointed. 1. He accurately diagnosed my laptop's issue in less than a minute. 2. He was courteous and professional. 3. His price was reasonable. I collected my laptop the same day and was quite pleased with the job. He even offered to replace a part free of charge, if I brought it during the period of warranty on my job. Great experience! I will definitely use him again.
