they don't solve anything, they charge to look at the problem, and then they give a very high value to fix it, they take too long to answer, they don't care about tourists, I don't recommend it to anyone CAUTION read more

I do not know who is writing these reviews but the services is not as specified. I have used them before but discontinued because they claim to have recovery software or be able to recover deleted or erased data but they do not. They charged me to recover data but they did not recover or search for the data, they added a few slides to an existing version and said they found the document. When I looked at the document they stated thy recovered I told them that it was the same document that I had originally and they just added a few blank slides. The tech looked like a deer in headlights because he had no idea that I knew about computers. I only took my computer to them because my usual computer engineer was busy. Even though the tech KNEW that I was correct, they had not searched for or recovered the file, I know this because they told me it would take an hour but four hours later when I called they told me they were sorry they had forgotten about my computer because they got busy, and that was 15 minutes before they closed. Around 5 minutes later he calls me to pick up my computer stating he found about 2-3 versions so I needed to look at the documents they recovered to see which was the correct document. There were NO recovered documents! NONE! This is my second time paying them for a recovering service to have to go somewhere else and get the same document recovered with NO problem. Even when I got my computer screen fixed from the company, there was a discoloration spot in the center of the screen. I will not use their services again or refer anyone for business. Out of all their reviews, you will not see any or very few about them recovering data for customers. They use the excuse that nothing is guaranteed but how was a company with less expertise able to find the correct file? I do not want anything from this company, I just want people to know that you get what you pay for and this company is not worth the time or money read more

I could not be happier with my choice for one but the service and professionalism really knocked it out of the park for me. The entire experience was so pleasant and easy, I couldn't have asked for a better staff. The second staff member (sorry I forgot his name!) helped me back up my phone and they were both super patient while I called my family for the info to Port my number over (my bad I should have been ready for that before I came in!) Between both of them we got my phone, service and extras in and out within the hour. I highly recommend not only Cricket but this particular store and those two associates for being so awesome!!!

First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.
