The representative was busy with another customer, but acknowledged me and told me she will get with me in a couple minutes. Once she was ready, I told her I was looking for the Pixel 10 pro XL. She checked her computer on the availability, grabbed a key, went to the inventory, and showed me the phone. Since I knew what I was looking for, she didn't have to advertise the phone to me. I told her this is exactly what I wanted, and I was ready to buy. I did need a thick protective case and screen protector. She immediately got the OtterBox case, but told me that they were out of screen protectors. I told her the OtterBox was perfect and she got the phone and the case for me, checked me out quickly, and we finished about 20 minutes later. I am sorry I forgot her name, but our representative was so prompt, friendly, and helpful. Plus, I was about to get the phone for 250 off and the OtterBox on sale too! Even though the screen was the only damaged part, I couldn't download my pictures because I couldn't enter my pin to unlock the phone. I called around to find someone who could help with no luck. Upon entering, I looked to my left at the checkout counter. No one was stationed there and a sign stated "Checkout at Print Center". I went to the Print Center, stood in line for several minutes, and took a picture of the entire area when a gentleman asked if I was being helped. I turned around to see TWO MORE customers in line behind him. I said loudly enough for all to hear, "I've been standing here for almost 5 minutes and no one has come around." Shortly thereafter, Brianna came up to ask what I needed. She apologized and said "I don't know where my four other associates are at." She had me go back to the regular checkout counter and retrieved my purchase from the cabinet. While waiting to complete the checkout process, two more associates came up, one pushing a cart with another customer's item, and the other walking beside her laughing and talking and having a good 'ol time. (Why you needed two associates to attend to one customer, plus leaving the checkout counter unmanned with a line of customers waiting is unfathomable. Where was the manager on duty?!) I thanked Brianna for assisting me with the checkout and began to leave. I then noticed the "Pickup station" nestled between a rack and a stack of shopping baskets at the entrance. I suggest that station needs to be more visible to people entering the store, especially when no one is monitoring the checkout counter. I might have gotten faster service (as well as the three customers behind me) if it was more out in the open.
