What boarder line deception. I wanted to start a new plan and the worker said it would be better to add to existing plan. While he did gave good perks, hence the three stars. He talked a good game saying 1) he would throw in a free $20 charger 2) the new iphone 13 would only be $71. ALL LIES The F-upped thing is I would have paid the amount for the new phone over 24 months without the lies and deception. I say deception because he slipped the receipt in the bag without us knowing because he said everything was in the App or Website. We had a phone that had a broken screen and we were told to come to this location to find out about a repair. they did not have one available and had us call the number for the insurance. When I gave all the information I was told they would ship me a replacement phone. I set everything up and had the new phone a couple days later. Once it was setup I shipped the old one back. If it had been a repair that could have been done at this location we would have had it the same day. Once we were done I was totally satisfied. This location is the worst out of all T-Mobile stores I've ever been to! The store manager a older slow woman looks at you and looks away. No-one ever acknowledges you when you walk in the store. I had a small amount of time to get a new phone for 81 year old mother had hers stolen. I went into the store. I was greeted by a retail associate manager who didnt help me but made me wait for an employee who must have just came in cause then I had to wait while she booted up her system which never did happen. Instead I waited whike she went back to her manager to get her system cause it supposedly worked. Finally, she connected to the account and told me I wasnt authorized on the account. I told her that i was but she assured me that I wasnt. I went out to parking lot called t mobile who verfied that I was indeed authorized. I came back into the store with the t mobile representative on the phone to which she refused to speak to the representative cause she said she was helping another customer. I basically begged her just to get the authorization so she could eventually take care of it. As she realized i was getting more upset she left me and the representative waiting whike she went back to get the same manager who proceeded to want to explain why the girl couldnt help me keeping me and the tmobile rep on the phone waiting. I said can you just talk to the customer service rep and discuss this later. Then the other t mobile worker in the store started shaking her head at me which really annoyed me. This was a complete waste of my time and unprofessional in every way. If this was the last store to buy a phone i wouldbt buy one at this store read more

Just got my new phone and all I needed was a phone charger, tried to take the cheap way out and get one at Wal-Mart and it didn't work. Lessoned learned. I yelped the nearest T-Mobile store and let the GPS do the rest. When I walked in the store I was blown away because it's in a crappy part of town in an even crappier looking shopping plaza. But the store was beautiful. Very open and very bright. I walked in said I need a phone charger, they handed my one, I paid and was on my way. Pretty simple but I was pretty satisified. read more

warning all of t-mobile customers!!!! check your cancellation policy before you cancel the sevicer, pull out the number, and change to another phone company. you had better cancel the service right before or on the bill cycle day, if you cancle after the bill cycle day you have to pay the whole month service fee. i got charge whole month fee for half month service, so i paid another half month fee for nothing. i feel like t- mobile robbed my money. i think the policy is unfair!!!!!! i called the customer care and talked to few t-mobile supervises, so they told me different stoys. one of them say all other phone company have same policy, so i call at&t. at&t's policy is when you cancle your service will charge the days you have been served. he lied!!!!!!!! when i was cancle my service, and the employee didn't tell me if i cancle in middle of the bill cycle i have to pay the full month sevice fee.what kind of customer service it is? read more
