They notified me four days later that it was a problem with the motherboard. Even though the CPU debugging light was on. They try having me pay $600 for them to repair the motherboard. Not even replace it. they were going to actually mess with the motherboard. And the math wasn't really making sense. My motherboard is just under $230. I did not proceed with them with my build and when I got my build back, it was missing screws throughout. I'll recommend before proceeding with them with repairs if you still have warranty under any of your components, go through the manufacturer use your warranty To get the component replaced

When I filed a claim with Asurion, I was told it's a mechanical issue and I should contact T-Mobile directly. When I contacted T-Mobile, I was told the opposite, that Asurion should handle it, and was cold-transferred back. After repeating this cycle again, T-Mobile told me to visit a store. I visited the T-Mobile store at 1082 Cypress Pkwy, Poinciana, FL. The rep verified the charging port issue, but the manager refused to process it under warranty, claiming "physical damage" , which is the very issue I'm trying to fix. They again told me to file another claim with Asurion, which will obviously be denied again as a mechanical issue. Bottom line: I'm stuck with a phone I can't properly charge. I'm paying monthly for a protection plan that offers no help.

Contacted Jimmy early Jan 2021 looking to replace the cracked screen for my Note 9. Phone was…read moreinvolved in an issue where someone grabbed it out of my hand and it hit the wall next to me. Jimmy quoted $230, and then ordered parts and called me 2 days later to do the repair. Took about an hour, and was told if there were any problems just let him know. He's english isn't very good, but I told him I will check when I get back from the shop and put a screen protector on. Repair was done 1/12, as of this morning 2/26, a spider like crack is again, all over the screen. No damage to the phone, not dropped, thrown, mishandled anything. Jimmy doesn't want to honor any repair, any replacement, discount, anything. The part was most likely a second hand defect replacement part, and now a phone I picked up 2+ years ago... has a cracked screen for a 2nd time. Not to mention the obvious pry marks on the bottom right of my phone from where Jimmy pulled off the original cracked screen that he ignored when I brought to his attention after getting the phone back and looking at it for several days. Not happy about the outcome at all, and it was my fault for opting to go with a nobody repair place that I've never heard of. Phone screens don't just crack by themselves agreed, but they also just don't stop being predictably usable after a few weeks of very light use and travel from a desk to a table. Cannot recommend this place nor the owner. Extremely disappointed.

Within 30 minutes, Javier had fixed my terribly cracked screen and even hooked me with with a tempered glass screen protector! I constantly break my phone screen but I really hate the feeling of cases. This way, it will at least minimize the chance of breaking my phone screen. Javier was incredibly professional,, very prompt, and I honestly couldn't recommend anyone better! Thanks to him, the front of my phone looks brand new and I couldn't be happier!!
