When I filed a claim with Asurion, I was told it's a mechanical issue and I should contact T-Mobile directly. When I contacted T-Mobile, I was told the opposite, that Asurion should handle it, and was cold-transferred back. After repeating this cycle again, T-Mobile told me to visit a store. I visited the T-Mobile store at 1082 Cypress Pkwy, Poinciana, FL. The rep verified the charging port issue, but the manager refused to process it under warranty, claiming "physical damage" , which is the very issue I'm trying to fix. They again told me to file another claim with Asurion, which will obviously be denied again as a mechanical issue. Bottom line: I'm stuck with a phone I can't properly charge. I'm paying monthly for a protection plan that offers no help.

I did not proceed with them with my build and when I got my build back, it was missing screws throughout.
