When I brought it in, Jonathan showed me that the battery had swollen dangerously, actually pushing the screen forward. He quickly replaced the battery and back glass and offered free repairs if I had issues within a year. However, my phone started restarting itself every few minutes of continuous use with a frustrating catch-22: I needed the latest iOS to calibrate the battery, but the phone wouldn't stay on long enough to download it. Jonathan tried a second battery and realized it could be hardware damage and ordered a new internal part (most likely the motherboard). I paid extra for that, but it was an amazing deal compared to replacing my whole phone. While waiting for the repair, he even lent me a loaner phone. When I got back, he had everything ready and waiting to log in, update to the latest iOS, and finish calibrating the battery. My phone has felt brand new ever since.

I brought it back to him, then he told me to come back in couple hours to get it. I came back and found out that all he did was blew out the dust and tried to stick the glass back without sealing it. Now my ipad is a piece of junk; it doesnt respond to my fingers. Bottom line is bring your devices to other places, they maybe more expensive but your devices wont be *ucked up like mine.

Super easy to pick a vendor and I went with uBreakiFix here as it showed the battery I needed was in stock. The store called to make initial contact which I thought was nice. I stopped in on a Sunday when they opened at noon and was greeted quickly. Gave the employee the info and he validated the insurance claim, was quoted 2 hours for the battery replacement and informed that the screen protector would likely be shattered in the process. There was a slight issue that required another 30-45 minutes after the initial time estimate. By the end of it all the battery was replaced and phone working like new. My main recommendation would be to make it right when it comes to screen protectors if installed as some can be expensive. If something breaks in other industries the repairman will normally try to make it right and replace whatever is broken in the process I think that should be included as it'll cost me at least $20 to get a new one for something that should've been entirely covered.

First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.

I actually asked for one of those annoying things. lol What can turn a run-of-the-mill phone upgrade visit into a great experience that leaves you smiling (and not just abut the new toy you now posses? Sean. That's what. As soon as we walked in, Sean heard the bell at the door and walked over to greet us. I had driven from another store that didn't have the new iPhone in the color I wanted (get that "rose gold" *coughcoughPINKcough* phone out of my face!). That store had let me know about the corporate shop less than a mile away and after a quick call to verify, I headed over to this AT&T corporate store (not one of the franchise stores, so it's got the most selection). I like to describe Sean as a gentle sherpa, guiding me through the dangerous terrain that is a phone upgrade. Let me rephrase that, phone upgrades don't exist anymore, so he was guiding me through the dangerous terrain that is a glorified phone leasing program. Was I annoyed that I could no longer get a new phone every few years based on signing a new 2-year contract? Yeah. Did Sean answer my skeptical questions with humor and patience? YUP. Beyond that, I'm an undercover grumpy old man who doesn't understand technology (see: iCloud). Sean spent over an hour and a half with me and my sister, helping us pick phone cases, applying screen protectors, reapplying said screen protectors when I saw lint under it, explaining features we didn't know existed, and setting up our new phones to look identical to our previous phones (ain't nobody got time to re-install apps). After he got done with my new phone, he spent time getting my sister's info on my old phone. This didn't mean a sale for him, just recycling my old phone for her, but he never gave the sense that it mattered to him or his level of service. The store was exceptionally helpful, but AT&T helpline is the worst i have ever encountered with any company. My iPhone sustained water damage after I was caught out on a run in a bad storm. It was deemed irreparable by the repair shop. I found this out around 5:30 at night. I immediately hopped online to see what my replacement options were. I was able to find a phone that was available for in-store pick up. The problem seemed to be that it takes 2 hours to process and it was already by now 6:30 (I know, I know, it took an hour for me to make up my mind). To be safe, I called the store to see if I ordered online for in-store pickup I could get my new phone that night. I spoke to a team member, Shawna I believe, and she said if it showed they had the phone I would be able to get it even though it was getting to be 7pm. She took my name so when I came in she would have it ready. I ordered the phone and about 20 minutes later walked into the store. I told one of the associates I was there to pick up the phone. Shawna came over and confirmed my name and said she had my phone. She went to the back, handed me my phone and said I was all set. She even took time to go over my new payment plan and costs so I understood the breakdown. I needed a replacement fast and Verizon came through. I had a great experience getting my new phone in a convenient timeframe for me. It was much appreciated!
