As part of the transfer to the new provider we were offered a phone balance buyout which required documentation I failed to get from Verizon's website before transferring and canceling all our lines. Our account was deactivated and calling the tollfree number was useless, so we decided to go directly to this store in person. The staff was very friendly, and despite the fact that we were no longer paying customers, they took their time in researching and printing out a detailed bill for us to use with the new provider. I had to go back one more time and Brenda spent about 30-45 minutes helping me while assisting other (paying) customers with their needs. She was kind, courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. Brenda eventually found documentation that would allow me to claim additional $400+ in savings with my new provider. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Brenda for her assistance and for providing some of most outstanding customer service I have ever seen.
