We recently visited Refresh Computers for a computer issue. Brian helped us and was a wiz at fixing our problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and helpful in every way. Our issue was resolved quickly and was very reasonably priced. Brian is an excellent ambassador for your organization and because of him Refresh will be our first stop should computer problems arise in the future. Thank you Refresh and thank you Brian - you made our day! read more

I called Refresh Computers near closing, Brian answered the phone and after describing my problem and we did an update, it solved all my problems. I tried everything I could think of today but because of this young man's patience and dedication to his job, he got me up and running in no time! I have been a customer of Refresh Computers for many years and have even bought their refurbished laptops in the past and will continue to be a huge fan of them! Thank You so much Brian for your patience with me today! Sincerely, Jackie M. read more

My senior citizen mother asked me to look at her laptop. Said that my adult son thought the battery was bad. I looked and saw a swollen laptop pushing the touchpad out. Called Refresh. Jonathan confirmed that it was likely the battery and they could replace it. I brought it in and Brian took one look at it and started working to remove the "spicy pillow". He disposed of it and we discussed options for the safety of a senior citizen who did not know to not overcharge her battery. Great service! I will definitely be returning for all my computer needs read more

There are lots of places you can take your computer to when you have an issue but, THIS is definitely the place you want to go to get it resolved. I have used them over the years, and they always target the issue and resolve it quickly. They are also very reasonable in the pricing. Just this week I took my computer in, which I dreaded, because it is the Christmas season, and I'd rather spend my money on presents instead of computer repairs. A young man, Noah, greeted me, and within about 10-15 minutes was able to not only figure out the problem, but resolve the issue. As if that wasn't awesome enough, he then really made my day when he told me there was no charge....how often does that ever happen!?! So...run don't walk the next time your computer starts to act up and be sure to ask for Noah! read more

I hadn't been to Refresh Computers in about 18 years, and I'm so glad I found my way back. My power supply failed and I needed a replacement, and the staff was knowledgeable, informative, and clearly great at what they do. The whole experience was easy and reassuring. I'll definitely be back for all my computer needs. Thanks! read more

The end of last year 2022, I was at my wits end because my computer of approximately 8 years was on its last leg. Who do you call, who do you trust, plus pricing, etc. Looking and researching computer stores, I came across this to good to be true company. Turns out they are amazing. From the owner to the staff, everyone is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. They installed my new Dell computer in less than an hour. They offer many brands of computers, monitors and much more. They also make repairs! Their store is conveniently located on State Road 434 in Longwood, FL Their store is a good size and kept very organized. I can't possibly do this company enough justice. Go to their website: Refreshcomputers.net and discover all that they offer. I am a customer forever and would never go anywhere else! read more

Had an issue with Outlook. Brought the computer into the he store. Turns out it wasn't Outlook, it was my email provider. They got my email back up in 30 seconds. No charge. What more could you want? read more

Replaced my cpu, great service. These guys know what they're doing, very professional.

Just brought my son's computer for what I expected to be a big job. Turns out that a connector just came loose and they fixed it and even replaced a few missing screws, all at no charge. Everyone there was friendly and helpful - I'll certainly be returning and hopefully will be able to spend money next time! read more

Had the parry's I needed plus bought a rebuilt laptop top for half the price of new, works great.

Walked in looking for a really simple $10 part and was treated like I was there buying a $1,000 system. The gentleman spent time answering my questions, then went through 2 inventory rooms spending probably 10 minutes, and found the exact item I needed, telling me to take it home and if it worked, to then come back and pay him. Where do you find service like that anymore? And by the way, here's the clincher....came to learn the "gentleman" was the owner. What a great guy, and place of business! read more

Came to get my hard drive fixed. Swift and great service! Will always come back here!

I had an issue with "phishing" under the guise of "Windows_Security" that locked my computer and demanded I call a toll-free 833 number to have "Windows engineers walk me through the solution". I brought the desktop in to the Longwood store, and Kasper advised me in less than 5 mins. how to resolve this problem. Thanks, Refresh Computers! You ROCK!! read more

I have brought my laptops a few times for service, twice over the years for a new hard drive and once for help getting Linux installed and functional. These guys know their stuff! Always willing to help and prices are very fair. In all honesty, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my computer needs.. read more

On 12/30/2023 I purchased a computer from Refresh Computers at 820 E State Road 434 in Longwood Fl. Then for the next almost 3 weeks it was Refresh Computers blaming the software people and the software people blaming the computer.  It was the software company that made the effort and logged into the computer installed the software and advised that the hard drive was defective.  Sure enough the computer crashed. Drove back to Refresh and they diagnosed that the hard drive was bad.  As I sat and waited a lady came in with the laptop she just purchased crashed.  Turned out to be the hard drive also.  After me hard drive was  cloned the person who was he\lping me must have forgot about it.  He waited on others that came in the store and when he wasn't waiting on anyone I thought he would notice that my hard drive waiting for him to install it. When he started walking away I had to leave the store and take a walk.  When I returned the computer was done. I took it home.  Then around the middle of May it crashed again.  I then decided I had made enough 80 mile round trips Refresh Computers.  I received a call and text message from Mr David Leavitt offering to send someone to pick up the computer and repair it and return it to me.  When I finished filing the sales tax returns I notified Mr Leavitt that they could come pick up the computer and try to repair it again.  His response this time was "We will be happy to pick it up  if you want us to. If you do not want us to that's OK, also.  We stand behind everything we sell.  If there is no need to pick it  up then we will not come pick it up.  Just let me know." I responded "There is a need, the computer crashed again.  Come pick it up if you want th try to repair again." His response " I want to be perfectly clear.  Do you want us to pick it up and repair it and bring it back to you? Or are you just going to use the new computer you purchased?  If you do not want us to bring it back to you please let me know that you do not want to bring it back to you Either way is OK with me.  Im just want to be perfectly clear. Also we will not be reselling that computer because we stopped selling that model a few months ago.  We will  just recycling it if you do not want it back. read more

Brought my Mac in and was prepared to pay a hefty price to get it fixed twice over the last month. I'd say I don't know how these guys stay in business as they helped me for free both times with minor fixes. But this obviously makes me comfortable knowing that they will do the right thing when something is actually is wrong with my laptop. Thank you again! I see why my father has bought two computers from you over the years read more

Poor service!! Sold me a broken computer and when calling to inquire about this, the blame was put on me! The lack of customer service is also apparent. read more

I called and was able to resolve my problem with solution oriented instructions by them. Those instructions did the trick. They were very pleasant, listened well, and were solution oriented. They invited me if that didn't workout I could bring my desktop to them. I'm very please with them and will use them again! Hence the five stars. read more

when I was ready to throw my computer out the window, a friend suggested refresh computers. Adam helped me with my computer computer and got it up and running in about 15 minutes. He is a genius! I wanted to pay him, but he refused. I thank God for refresh computers and for their kindness to me! read more

My desktop was giving me issues shutting on and off randomly. For the better part of a month I was taking it to another tech service location and each time they failed to truly diagnose or fix the issue. I happened on Refresh Computers and brought it to them to at least try and diagnose the issue. Turned out to be a simple issue with the power button and they had it fixed at no extra charge after the diagnostic. I couldn't recommend them enough! read more

great place for replacement parts, and accessories. recent computers, too! especially beaters!!! whether for home, business, student, or even builders... this is the place! the web site is only tops! lots of monitor screens, also. I under stand that repairs are made there ... and the store can get hard to find parts via special order or off site. read more

I've purchased two computers, speakers and many other things from Refresh. The prices are very reasonable compared to Comp USA or one of the other major stores. They do an excellent job at refurbishing the computers they sell, and also offer great support for future problems and complications you might have with your product. They offer an extensive line of parts, and extra supplies you might need, and they continue to update their merchandise on a weekly basis. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to selecting a new computer or component for your current system. This is a terrific local place to visit when you are in need of something new, or used. I have been a customer here and will continue shop here for years to come. read more

Refresh Computers - Computers Near Me - Longwood, Florida

I was having a problem with the camera on my lap top today that I made worse today. The Refresh team helped me fix the problem and even diagnosed my machine without even charging me. Took our IMac desktop here after it was failing. After they explained why it was acting up they quoted us the best price we've gotten from a total of 3 other places. They told us to expect 3-5 days but it was ready in 2 days. Very nice and professional men. I will bring my older laptops to repair here and have already referred friends to this repair store. read more

The only place I will take my computers for repair or issues. Very reasonable prices, prompt service and quality work. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Andre today - we came in looking for a little screw to mount an M.2 SSD my nephew got for Christmas, and it turns out these are not things that are sold! But Andrew went above and beyond to dig through a few piles to help us out, and came up with what we need! Big time recommendation of these guys! read more

These guys are simply amazing! I came to them with what I thought was a dead portable hard drive, and in just a few minutes, they determined it was just a bad power supply. I thought I had lost untold pictures, music and data files. Thank you, Refresh Computers! read more

I took my laptop to receive a new battery. Over the course of about a month I had to return to Refresh Computers 3 times because the technicians did not inspect their own work before returning the computer to me. Each time there was a "new" issue with the computer that would have been apparent had the technician so-much-as powered the computer up upon completion of their task. In the end they wanted to charge me an *additional* $125 for a new power port installation. I wrote Andre (the owner?) a very direct email detailing the many shortcomings I had experienced with his company's service. Ultimately I was not charged for the new power port. Neither was I offered an apology for the extreme inconvenience by *anyone*. Not Andre. Not the store manager. No one. I won't be back, nor will I recommend Refresh. The entire ordeal left a very bad taste. read more

Great place! I was in and in under 10 min with my tablet totally restored I highly recommend their service.

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! We brought our older slow running Laptop here as it was highly recommended ...We thought it might be Time to purchase for a newer computer. Rather than try to sell us a new one, Charlie looked at the one we had and said the computer was still a good computer..We just needed a new hard drive. (And the sell refurbished computers ) They install the solid-state hard drive plus other updates , was done very quickly (supposed to be 3 to 5 business days) much quicker and then took the time to show us the new features and to get everything set back up when we came to pick it up. Never felt rushed. Great service great product and a very reasonable price. under $200...Sure beat buying a $700-$1,000 for a new or even a used computer!! Thanks Charlie!!!! read more

I thought by their advertizing they were experts in computer related equipment. I have a Qsee DVR for my camera system and the fan started squealing which is a common condition in just about every type of communication device. I laid it on the counter and said, fan squealing, can you fix it. Got a wrinkle nose, hand to face-----" WHAT IS IT ? It's a Qsee camera DVR , noisy fan. OH we don't work on THOSE. What's wrong with you, that's a very simple job. OH my, I don't like the way you're talking to me, you are on camera and I can call the police. Ok honey, just forget it. walked out. Never go back there. read more

This company was very kind and understanding to these old people. We feel THEY HAVE POINTED US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.

I gave you 2 stars because the guy obviously didn't want to work. I would have paid the money to get it repaired but when he told me to throw it away and get a new one, well that is just the attitude isn't it. I would have paid the money if he had an enthusiasm at all about working. I have worked with you before and have sent people there to buy computers and you all have been great, but I was sadly disappointed. read more
