I was able to use it for work, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Forget the big names like Best Buy, or UBreakIFix, who I called. Price was beyond reasonable.

My iPad still has some areas where the Apple Pencil doesn't work but that would've been a couple hundred dollars more and at that time I just needed a functioning iPad asap for work.
