With the remaining money that I had budgeted for the screen replacement I followed his advice and he purchased and installed a 1 Terabyte solid state hard drive to replace the current outdated disk drive. Both of these fixes were just $10 over what I had budgeted for the screen replacement alone. Just from talking with him a few minutes I was able to get a timeline of how long he has been working on computers. It's over two decades. I felt assured he was more than qualified and genuinely liked to fix computers. On a personal note. Kevin's attitude and professionalism is cool to be around. It's genuinely shocking how this business is handling repairs and customer service. Please god just return my Xbox to me fixed.
