With the remaining money that I had budgeted for the screen replacement I followed his advice and he purchased and installed a 1 Terabyte solid state hard drive to replace the current outdated disk drive. Both of these fixes were just $10 over what I had budgeted for the screen replacement alone. Just from talking with him a few minutes I was able to get a timeline of how long he has been working on computers. It's over two decades. I felt assured he was more than qualified and genuinely liked to fix computers. On a personal note. Kevin's attitude and professionalism is cool to be around. I had to ask why and was told they don't do that on weekends. When I asked why I was never informed of that she shrugged her shoulders and walked off. My order is already paid for and sitting in the back. Emailed store and was asked what my problem was. Never heard anything else from them. I will never go back to that store for anything and will also warn everyone else not to waste their time being treated the way I did.
