After having it for four hours I was told they could not fix it. Not wanting to give up on it, I took it to iDevice to get a second opinion as they repaired my Apple Watch a couple of years ago. I was called the next day by the owner/technician informing me that the charging port was bad. I was given a price and then I asked that it be fixed. He called later that same day to tell me it was ready for pick up. It's up and running as it should and I was given a six month warranty. I was impressed at that they were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed within one day. Both husband and wife displayed great customer service which is rare today and iDevice will definitely be my go to business if needed in the future.
