Decided to get new phones for the holidays as a gift for each other. Went to this location as it is closer to home, went right after Christmas and the store was full which we thought we were going to wait a long time but no we waited about 5 minutes. Someone came up to us right away took our information and told us to wait until an associate came to us. Daryleen was amazing, she helped us get our new phones right away. She was quick and helpful. We were done with her before we knew it. She was able to put on the screen protector on each of our phones. We got an iPhone 15 pro and iPhone 15 pro max! She was the best. :) thank you !

Did you know your local Apple Store offers free classes??? Yep. Photo, Video, Music, Coding, Apps. There's a class for that and more. No charge. We took our first class yesterday and learned so many things we didn't know about iPhone photography. If you're investing $1000+ on a phone shouldn't you know all the features and shortcuts that it's got?! There is so much more that our phones are capable of if we take the time to learn. Michael led our class and Our minds were blown. I've been an iPhone user since 2008 and didn't know some of the features that had been available for years, lol. Love that they offer free classes for the items we're already buying. Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff at the Altamonte Springs location!

Rick gave us AMAZING service on two occasions but the wait is quite horrendous. Even after checking in it feels like you are forgotten about. I had to chase reps around the store. Quite ridiculous. Rick is nothing short of amazing and god sent. On two separate vacations saved the day on two totally different cell phones on our family vacation!! One phone had a VPN issue and the other fell into the pool as my son jumped in accomplishing an epic cannonball . Each time Rick saved the day. Definitely a vacation to remember. Rick gets 5 stars. The store itself and its protocol 3 stars. It needs revamping. It's a mess!

They've completed revamped this location and it looks great! We popped in just to see the new digs. They re-opened their doors a little later than anticipated due to the hurricane, but it was worth a few extra days wait. The new location is bright, airy and open. It feels like you are walking into a boutique with natural light. Everything is spaced out nicely and they have tons of display merch out for you to look at and test out. Personally I don't own Apple things, but I get the draw to them. This store is a great space and loving all the updates. Overall: A Great newly re-opened location that's been completely redone. Loving the new look!

If If I could give zero stars I would. We first walked in at 4:40. We're told to walk behind two men standing at the back to check in. The men in front of us checked in and the person who checked them in then walked away and we were standing there for about five minutes with nobody coming up to us. I then went up to a random Apple employee and said I need to check in and somebody told us to stand there but nobody has came up to us yet. They finally checked us in at 450 and said we would be seen in 15 minutes. We waited in the designated area that they told us to wait in for 45 minutes. I saw multiple people who came in after us get seen. I stopped a employee and told them we had been waiting for 45 minutes and we had been told it would be 15 minutes and he said OK I will put you next in line. Right after he told me that he checked and somebody else and also told them it would be 15 minutes. The 20 minutes go by and somebody goes to help the same person that got checked in 45 minutes after me. I stop the employee once again and say how am I keep on being told that I'm next but people keep checking in after me and are getting seen before me. He then promises me again that I will be seen next. By this time it had been over an hour, when once again I was told I would be seen in 15 minutes. They then continue to help the person that came in 45 minutes after me. I finally was seen an hour and a half after they initially told me I would be.

Stopped in to fix my daughter's phone. We had a reservation and they served us promptly they were very courtesy and informative. we has a 1 hr wait whole they fixed her back screen. We were there while I finished my work and they continued checking to see if her phone was fixed so we were not waiting for no reason. highly recommend this place for your apple needs

A busy Saturday here at Apple with some amazing representatives. Masks are required and handed out at the door.

I recently purchased a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. I believe her name was Madeline (she was in…read moretraining), was helping me. She was so kind and did an amazing job describing my options. While speaking a man with roller shoes "skated" over. Not very pleasant, more like cocky. He said he was a manager and his name was Tom. I made it clear I did not want to change my plan. I WAS grandfathered into the military one plan and Tom told me since I was grandfathered into the plan it wouldn't change. He also told me I'd get Apple TV for as long as I had a plan with T-Mobile, which I later found out was another lie. Tom told me it would take a while to transfer my items from my old phone to the new one if I wanted to walk around the mall. I left Tom with my phone, phone case and screen protector. When I came to pick up the phone, I asked where my screen protector was. Tom told me he threw it away because it wouldn't fit my phone and was broken. I've had that Zagg screen protector which cost me $60 for 2 years and while it had scratches it still protected my phone screen which was in perfect condition. I was saving it to put on another one of my phones. I saw Madeline go up to him, I'm assuming to talk to him about it, but I heard him say "NO". So I'm out a 60 screen protector which has a lifetime warranty because of a bad decision Tom made. So I get my bill and see my plan charge went from $55 a month to $75, and no this does not include my new phone which is on a separate line under equipment charges. So Tom changed my plan WITHOUT my permission and threw away my lifetime screen protector. I called T-Mobile after realizing this and to say the two representatives I spoke with were appalled that a manager would change my plan without permission is an understatement. The representatives were both so kind and fixed the situation for me. I HIGHLY suggest not going to this store unless you want to get scammed.

I wanted to switch my phone number onto a new phone and add a new number to a phone already on the line. MIND YOU i asked multiple times to check what phones they have in stock as I did NOT want to proceed with the process if the phone was not available. NO not the case he continued to fill out the tablet. He really sucks and needs to be fired. Not only was I left without a phone he deleted all the 8 years worth of information I had. GREAT THANK YOU SO MUCH.

My iPad still has some areas where the Apple Pencil doesn't work but that would've been a couple hundred dollars more and at that time I just needed a functioning iPad asap for work. Overall, if you go in understanding that just like another business, their job is to make money- you won't have a negative experience , imo. You get what you pay for, they were very transparent with me. I'll be back soon with my broken beats that would've been covered under the warranty had I decided to buy it .

I will start by acknowledging that my research into this company began at this location simply…read morebecause of its proximity to my home. Therefore, it was where I first inquired about their services. My opinion does not pertain specifically to this location; rather, it encompasses the company's policies and services as a whole, based on my findings from further research. In today's world, technology is advancing at supersonic speeds, and we find ourselves in a market for devices that demands our full attention. This demand arises primarily due to the steadily rising prices, the overly complicated features, and the inevitably long contracts we are forced to sign. These contracts are nearly impossible to maintain, given the extremely fragile design of such devices. Cell phones now cost thousands of dollars, yet they can break just as easily as a wine glass slipping through your fingers. Consider this scenario: After paying north of $1,500 for a phone, it now has a completely shattered screen after only 2 months. Dealing with a broken device becomes a much more tedious project than simply handling a situation with a simple broken glass. Strangely, both scenarios are equally delicate. When we encounter the unfortunate circumstance of requiring a repair or replacement for our technological devices, we are left with few options, most of which are less than ideal. Personally, I admit that I am underqualified to judge the value of these repair services. The devices we rely on for daily functioning demand capabilities that, I assume, can only be acquired through meticulous training, complex education, and a deep understanding of technology. Ironically, most people live out their lives without truly comprehending the complexity they hold in their hands. Repairing a device of the caliber we have become accustomed to requires a rare and in-depth intellectual understanding of how to carry out such services. With that said, I firmly believe that the cost, policies, contracts, and all the information often buried in fine print on this company's website should be transparent and concise. Before offering any services or binding customers into contracts, the company's integrity lies in making these policies clear. Customers should fully understand what they are signing up for. My advice to you is to conduct thorough research before committing to a contract or service with this company. Read the fine print, visit their website, and collect all available information. Check various sources to make an informed decision. While I won't tell you whether to use the company or not, I recommend doing your due diligence. You'll likely find that you'll be glad you did.

Whoever I dealt with on the phone was clearly not the best- she got some of my information incorrect, including my phone number... So I didn't get all I needed to switch to mobile. Plus, we had locked AT&T phones (which shouldn't have been locked because they've been long paid for)- apparently, homegirl on the phone was supposed to know this and tell us. Well, surprise, she didn't. I came into the store with two (unknowingly) locked phones and new Spectrum SIM cards. Thomas's associate at the store was kind of like "Oh well, tough nuggies, sort it out with AT&T, then come back."... But Thomas... was truly awesome. He went through the hassle of helping us out, getting all of the codes to unlock the phones for us, and putting in the new SIM cards- all of which took forever. So grateful he helped us. Honestly, had it not been for Thomas, we would've canceled Spectrum Mobile right there and then. I was not in the mood to go back and forth with AT&T, and moving to a new carrier with undependable customer service on the phone can make you feel unsure. But he was so clutch and helped us out, when he could've made our situation someone else's problem. Thank you, Thomas! I needed a win that day, and Thomas made my day better. I would definitely recommend going to Spectrum and seeing Thomas. ALSO, if you're going to set up services, consider doing it IN THE STORE and not on the phone. I wish I would've set everything up in-store so the right people get commission for the work they're doing/cleaning up!

I was not planning on spending that kind of money to bring my tablet over and they conned me into doing so. If it's not the policy to cover tablets, they should've said so from the beginning, not at point when I'm going to claim my buy-back incentive to then tell me they don't cover it and basically tell me to go kick rocks. I can't be the only person this has happened to. Customer service was atrocious. I will be looking for another service moving forward.
