I can not express enough just how happy I am with iTech Repair. Although they specialize in iPhone, they have helped me twice when I have had issues with my Galaxy. These folks are professional, fast, friendly and really know what they are talking about! Also, their prices are VERY reasonable! I hope you never have issues with your phone, but if you do, you should DEFINITELY come here! I highly recommend them! read more

They assessed my issue quickly, and charged me a fair price to do the work. The staff is friendly, and they completed the job on time. Will return if I have other issues with mobile devices. read more

WARNING, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Took my iPhone in to get the screen repaired as it was cracked. Was charged the standard $106 dollars which is fair since basically every screen repair is never less than a $100 even for older iPhone models, however that's where the "fair" ends! Almost immediately my phone started acting crazy. I couldn't even make phone calls unless I used speaker phone and now I have lines all over my screen!! This place has garbage parts!!! They clearly gave me faulty replacement parts and messed my phone up even more. The worst part is that they don't stand by their product! I took my phone back in and explained the problem only to be told that I was passed the 30 day window for warranty. I explained I got COVID and was sick for a month and was being responsible by NOT coming in. I even told them I had no problem showing them my positive COVID test from CVS, the guy couldn't have cared less. He gave me some bs about how there is new ownership and he would have to call the owner to see "what kind of discount he may be able to offer me" since I was clearly going to have to pay them a SECOND time to fix something that THEY caused! He took my phone number down and I guarantee he tossed it directly in the garbage the second I walked out the door because I obviously never got a phone call. SCAM ARTIST LIERS!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PHONE TO BE WORSE OFF THAN IT WAS WHEN YOU BROUGHT IT IN! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! read more

I found them on Yelp after needing an iPhone charging port replaced. I saw the excellent reviews and being relatively new to the area, I wanted to play it safe. I was not disappointed. I felt the price was fair and the wait was not long. But why I am impressed, is the gentleman attempted to clean the port and send me away for no charge. I almost had to insist to move forward with charging me to replace it. Better safe than sorry. I'll be back when my Apple products need help. read more

I was referred to this business by my brother who's MacBook Pro was giving him issues. I walked in without an appointment and they repaired my iPad in about an hours time. They initially told me an hour and a half to two hours but called me back because they completed it ahead of time. The service was fast and easy and their prices were great compared to major chains who repair Apple products. Would definitely recommend to a friend especially if you live in winter garden ! read more

It is quick and the people who working here are really nice, worth of price and just like original

I went after going to various places with an old 2013 macbook air with a display problem. They quickly assed the problem and gave me an accurate diagnosis with a repair quote and timeline. They repaired it and after i was happy with it they charged me what we agreed previously . If you are looking for a great place to repair phones/computers etc this is the place to go. Keep it up guys. Also they speak fluent spanish. read more

Fantastic service! I came here to have the screen on my iWatch repaired and the screen on the back of my iPhone XS. They repaired both within 1 hour and their pricing was far more reasonable than many other screen repair shops I received quotes from. They saved me at least $80 in comparison. I highly recommend repairing your tech products here. They have fast and friendly service and are very quick to respond through the yelp messaging. Five stars!! read more

My laptop keycap broke, not the hinge, so my keycap stopped sticking to my keyboard. I bring it here to see where I can get another keycap or if there is anything I can do and I kid you not the dude upfront told me upon 5 seconds of inspection that he absolutely can't do anything and that I need to order an entire new laptop keyboard that is like 150-200$ and replace the whole entire keyboard on my laptop for a singular key to stick/lock on then had the audacity to say "my bad I know you probably wouldn't want to do that for one key". I then went to ubreakifixit and they told me to order a key online for 10$ and it worked. iTech repair is a complete joke and I don't understand how it's still a business. read more

The most honest business I've ever encountered. I've used them twice for emergency phone repairs . One the day I was leaving for vacation another today on a Sunday when I have a work trip tomorrow. Today I would have payed pretty much anything to get a working phone as I didn't have a choice Bc I'm leaving for a work trip early in the morning. They could have taken my money as I told them I would purchase a new phone as mine had water damage. They fixed my phone within two hours. They easily could have made a few hundred dollars off of me but chose to be honest . These are good honest people that own this business. read more

Took my iPhone to repair , with Face ID working , camera working , everything was in good working state other than being cracked and black spots on screen , when I received my phone back Face ID no longer works , I thought it was the screen protector but it's not , we call and ask and he starts throwing a fit saying they can't do nothing about it , making excuses up , if you want your phone working the same way you had it DO NOT COME HERE , IM DOING YOU A FAVOR. They don't even try to fix it knowing they damaged it. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!! I took my Apple Watch to get it repaired after a cracked screen. The repair man let me know it was now in perfect condition to use fully again. After the holiday weekend at the beach passed, my apple watch would not fully turn on and only flash the apple logo. I took the watch back to the same man and told him of my issue. He told me that there was liquid damage after the new screen they put on. After I had received my watch back and paid almost $200, the screen was bubbled. This apple watch is water resistant up to 50 M. I've had this watch for a little over a year and have never had a problem after taking it in the lake, pool, or ocean. All he had to say was this was a coincidence after I JUST got it repaired the day before the beach. This was an awful job done and no responsibility was taken by this store. He would not do a reimbursement or anything to accept responsibility. Again, do not go to this store. I've included photos to show how this man returned my watch to me. read more

Fixed our phone screen, quick and efficient!

Wife had our iPad screen repaired, with a super slim tempered glass protector, protector broke the first day while putting a case on it, screen also cracked as well, the receipt repairs come with 30 day warranty for lcd or screen glass repair if you have original receipt which we have, the gentleman she spoke to said he would not fix it even if it was under warranty and even said it was an old receipt hahaha!! It's under the 30 day warranty obviously, why get a repair there if they will not honor the warranty? Lesson learned not to go the cheap route, better to pay a little more for quality and and know that when it's done correctly it will be covered. Oh and the gentleman even assumed we dropped it or something because he knows better right? We just wanted the screen fixed because we obviously know the tempered glass is not warrantied which it clearly states on the receipt , so we weren't trying to come up or anything. All in all terrible customer service, apple will fix it now although it will be a little more $ but you get what you pay for. Last rant: the gentleman even hung up on her at the end:) good job ITech!!! read more

The guy was nice. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because he said it would only take 30 minutes to repair my phone, however I had to call the a couple of hours later to see if my phone was ready and they said it was?????? I would have expected a call to let me know the repair was completed. Better communication is always the key! My phone looks great though!!! read more

Honest, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. I visited iTech Repair Solutions twice. The first day was to replace the cracked touchscreen glass on my son's iPhone. They replaced it for an excellent price but my son noticed his phone wouldn't type certain characters on the touch screen. We came back to the store the following day and the techs replaced the screen and even applied a protective glass over it at no charge. If you have an old phone and think it's broken, bring it to these guys. They can certainly bring a dead phone back to life as they did with my younger son's iPhone. Wish I could give 6 stars. read more

Overall: Will definitely come back as the need arises (hopefully never but I am hard on phones). Service: 5 stars- Wife took my IPhone 6 in with broken glass. He sized up damage and definitely stated fixable. 1-hr later: new glass installed, tempered glass added, and also fixed damaged power button. Total bill $90.51...what a bargain. Friendly, helpful, and fast service. Location: 4.5 stars- Nice clean simple design and off the beaten path with parking available. Only difficulty is if you have to take a left out of parking lot at certain times. read more

Replaced my 2015 macbook pro keyboard in 2 days vs the other repair shops in Orlando that said that it would take at least 5 business days.

Outstanding... Honest... Informative... I can go on. I was in crisis mode because my wife and also my daughter both had broken screens on their iPhone 5 SEs. I went on Amazon and ordered 2 replacement screens thinking that super dad can fix anything and not have to pay literally hundreds to have it done. Wrong!!! It was a total mess and having a sad child and upset wife is not cool. I went on my Yelp and found iTech which is literally a 1 minute walk from house. I saw that I could request a quote from Yelp and within 30 minutes I had a great quote from Amit. My wife and I went over and was greeted very happily and professionally and Amit was very clear and honest about the repairs and within 2 hours both phones were fixed and working perfectly. A heads up... Don't try and do what I thought I could do. I actually made things worse. Go to iTech in Winter Garden. Get it done right. read more

Great experience and great customer service. Called about 5:00pm on a Sunday evening inquiring about pricing to replace a screen on iPhone 7, they were very direct with the pricing ($79 for normal screen, $129 for Apple brand screen) but still had the disclaimer that it is based off examination of the phone (very reasonable because sometimes it's not just the screen that is cracked it could be deeper/more damaged that what you see on the surface). He said the repair would take about 30 mins and I could bring it when I'm ready, and if needed sooner he would try as much as possible to expedite the repair. We got in about 5:30pm and he asked if there were any other issues besides the screen and we brought up a slight issue with having low volume on the ear speaker and he said that might be able to repair that part as well for about $50. He said that it could take about an hour so we left and he actually called and said it was ready about 20 minutes later! The phone looked brand new and was in great condition. Few tips: go with someone unless you plan to wait because you will need to leave a phone number for them contact you when it is ready. And if you make a left out of the plaza it takes you straight to the Winter Garden Village that has a lot of shops and restaurants if you are given a longer estimated wait time. Disclaimer: I did not call around and price check with other places so I don't know how good of a price those are for the service provided. read more

iTech took care of my Samsung S8 battery replacement. Work was done within 40 min while I waited. All good.

Brought my Samsuing phone in to repair the charging port. They fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes and didn't ask me to pay a penny! Where can you find a business like this that goes beyond Capitalism? This firm cares and they definitely get my vote for 5 stars. I highly recommend using them for any of your phone and computer needs and will recommend them to others in need of service. Thank you again for your help in solving my issue! read more

RUN WHILE YOU CAN! They are highly unprofessional and will try and convince you they are the place to go! They will try and make you feel like you are getting top notch quality and service and that is the reason for their higher than normal prices. Shop around and get quotes from other places before coming here. I did and ended up paying 50% off somewhere else. The guy and I quote 'll do free if real Apple can confirm they do charging port on iPhone 7 for $50". I showed him the conversation I had with the Apple representative and now all of a sudden it wasn't from "Apple directly". Don't put your money where your mouth is if you cannot walk the walk and only do the talking. read more

I wish there was a 6th star. In my past experience, going to a phone repair place was something I dreaded and always put off. I had always felt like I was being price gouged and service had always sucked. NOT at iTech. I felt like I was important, my phone was top priority and the customer service was awesome. Their pricing structure is fantastic too. We will be bringing all of our family's devices here as needed. read more
