WARNING, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Took my iPhone in to get the screen repaired as it was cracked. Was charged the standard $106 dollars which is fair since basically every screen repair is never less than a $100 even for older iPhone models, however that's where the "fair" ends! Almost immediately my phone started acting crazy. I couldn't even make phone calls unless I used speaker phone and now I have lines all over my screen!! This place has garbage parts!!! They clearly gave me faulty replacement parts and messed my phone up even more. The worst part is that they don't stand by their product! I took my phone back in and explained the problem only to be told that I was passed the 30 day window for warranty. I explained I got COVID and was sick for a month and was being responsible by NOT coming in. I even told them I had no problem showing them my positive COVID test from CVS, the guy couldn't have cared less. He gave me some bs about how there is new ownership and he would have to call the owner to see "what kind of discount he may be able to offer me" since I was clearly going to have to pay them a SECOND time to fix something that THEY caused! He took my phone number down and I guarantee he tossed it directly in the garbage the second I walked out the door because I obviously never got a phone call. SCAM ARTIST LIERS!!! I bring it here to see where I can get another keycap or if there is anything I can do and I kid you not the dude upfront told me upon 5 seconds of inspection that he absolutely can't do anything and that I need to order an entire new laptop keyboard that is like 150-200$ and replace the whole entire keyboard on my laptop for a singular key to stick/lock on then had the audacity to say "my bad I know you probably wouldn't want to do that for one key". I then went to ubreakifixit and they told me to order a key online for 10$ and it worked. iTech repair is a complete joke and I don't understand how it's still a business. read more

The most honest business I've ever encountered. I've used them twice for emergency phone repairs . One the day I was leaving for vacation another today on a Sunday when I have a work trip tomorrow. Today I would have payed pretty much anything to get a working phone as I didn't have a choice Bc I'm leaving for a work trip early in the morning. They could have taken my money as I told them I would purchase a new phone as mine had water damage. They fixed my phone within two hours. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!! I took my Apple Watch to get it repaired after a cracked screen. The repair man let me know it was now in perfect condition to use fully again. After the holiday weekend at the beach passed, my apple watch would not fully turn on and only flash the apple logo. I took the watch back to the same man and told him of my issue. He told me that there was liquid damage after the new screen they put on. After I had received my watch back and paid almost $200, the screen was bubbled. This apple watch is water resistant up to 50 M. I've had this watch for a little over a year and have never had a problem after taking it in the lake, pool, or ocean. All he had to say was this was a coincidence after I JUST got it repaired the day before the beach. This was an awful job done and no responsibility was taken by this store. Fixed our phone screen, quick and efficient!

Wife had our iPad screen repaired, with a super slim tempered glass protector, protector broke the first day while putting a case on it, screen also cracked as well, the receipt repairs come with 30 day warranty for lcd or screen glass repair if you have original receipt which we have, the gentleman she spoke to said he would not fix it even if it was under warranty and even said it was an old receipt hahaha!! It's under the 30 day warranty obviously, why get a repair there if they will not honor the warranty? Lesson learned not to go the cheap route, better to pay a little more for quality and and know that when it's done correctly it will be covered. Oh and the gentleman even assumed we dropped it or something because he knows better right? We just wanted the screen fixed because we obviously know the tempered glass is not warrantied which it clearly states on the receipt , so we weren't trying to come up or anything. All in all terrible customer service, apple will fix it now although it will be a little more $ but you get what you pay for. Last rant: the gentleman even hung up on her at the end:) good job ITech!!! read more

Honest, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. I visited iTech Repair Solutions twice. The first day was to replace the cracked touchscreen glass on my son's iPhone. They replaced it for an excellent price but my son noticed his phone wouldn't type certain characters on the touch screen. We came back to the store the following day and the techs replaced the screen and even applied a protective glass over it at no charge. If you have an old phone and think it's broken, bring it to these guys. They can certainly bring a dead phone back to life as they did with my younger son's iPhone. He sized up damage and definitely stated fixable. 1-hr later: new glass installed, tempered glass added, and also fixed damaged power button. Total bill $90.51...what a bargain. Outstanding... Honest... Informative... I can go on. I was in crisis mode because my wife and also my daughter both had broken screens on their iPhone 5 SEs. I went on Amazon and ordered 2 replacement screens thinking that super dad can fix anything and not have to pay literally hundreds to have it done. Wrong!!! It was a total mess and having a sad child and upset wife is not cool. I went on my Yelp and found iTech which is literally a 1 minute walk from house. Replaced my 2015 macbook pro keyboard in 2 days vs the other repair shops in Orlando that said that it would take at least 5 business days.

Great experience and great customer service. Called about 5:00pm on a Sunday evening inquiring about pricing to replace a screen on iPhone 7, they were very direct with the pricing ($79 for normal screen, $129 for Apple brand screen) but still had the disclaimer that it is based off examination of the phone (very reasonable because sometimes it's not just the screen that is cracked it could be deeper/more damaged that what you see on the surface). He said the repair would take about 30 mins and I could bring it when I'm ready, and if needed sooner he would try as much as possible to expedite the repair. We got in about 5:30pm and he asked if there were any other issues besides the screen and we brought up a slight issue with having low volume on the ear speaker and he said that might be able to repair that part as well for about $50. He said that it could take about an hour so we left and he actually called and said it was ready about 20 minutes later! The phone looked brand new and was in great condition. Few tips: go with someone unless you plan to wait because you will need to leave a phone number for them contact you when it is ready. And if you make a left out of the plaza it takes you straight to the Winter Garden Village that has a lot of shops and restaurants if you are given a longer estimated wait time. Disclaimer: I did not call around and price check with other places so I don't know how good of a price those are for the service provided. read more

They will try and make you feel like you are getting top notch quality and service and that is the reason for their higher than normal prices. The guy and I quote 'll do free if real Apple can confirm they do charging port on iPhone 7 for $50".
