Shoutout to Eduardo at YourMacRepair, a true lifesaver! If there was ever a time we needed our Mac to work, it was this week after a death in the family. Our computer completely shut down after an update and wouldn't restart, no workaround helped, not even ChatGPT . I called Eduardo at 6:13 PM, arrived at 6:48 PM, and by 8:10 PM, he had us up and running again like magic . The speed, professionalism, and kindness he showed in a really difficult moment meant the world to us. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Eduardo for any Mac issues. He's now saved in my contacts permanently! Perfect service and $400 less expensive than going through Apple for a laptop repair. The repair was even more affordable than ordering the parts and taking a few hours to attempt the delicate job myself. The repair was done in less than a day. I am so thankful we found YourMac.Repair! read more

I had chipped my MacBook Pro's screen and after successfully communicating the issue with Eduardo. He was quick to suggest a screen replacement solution. The screen was replaced within an hour and the necessary configurations were also set in place. Thank you, Eduardo read more

YourMac.Repait & Eduardo is the BEST! I've been a Mac use forever. I knew my battery on my 15 inch Mac Pro was going, then it did. My computer wouldn't stay on for more than 2 minutes. I googled Mac repairs, and SO HAPPY I found Eduardo. Not only did he answer my call right away, and I was able to bring him my Mac immediately, he opened it up, gave me an estimate, told me it would be 48 hrs max, yet I got my Mac 24 hrs later, and it's working better than ever. Do not going anywhere else to fix your Mac. Eduardo is your go to for your repair. I would recommend him 100 percent of the time. read more

I wanted to move from my mac laptops and I purchased a used Imac and a used mac mini. The Imac had a faulty CD drive so I called Eddie (the owner of YourMac.Repair) and he was super responsive and welcoming. In addition to fixing the CD drive, I asked if he could help me speed up the computer and he installed an SSD drive which made the computer faster than lightning! Of course I had to have him do it to the Mac Mini too. What a nice experience - he is super careful with your equipment and his prices are probably too low for how good he is. If you are having any issue with a Mac, call Eddie - he will help you. read more

Very fast service-he did in one day what all other Apple repair stores told me would be done in 2 weeks. Service with a smile! Thank you so much! read more

Eduardo at YourMac.Repair did a fantastic job with my Macbook Pro battery repair. When I emailed him for a quote on the repair, he got back to me almost immediately with information about pricing, parts ordering timeline, and estimated repair time. Eduardo worked with me on the day of the repair to coordinate the most convenient time for drop-off and pickup. The repair was completed in less than an hour, which was far more convenient than the 3-4 day turnaround quoted by other Mac repair shops. I cannot recommend YourMac.Repair enough for all of your Mac repair needs! 10 Stars! read more

Eduardo did a great job with my 2016 Macbook pro. Apple quoted me over $700 to fix the failed motherboard with a 3 week wait. Eduardo fixed it the same day for only $250. He is super knowledgeable and focused on fixing your devices and not just replacing parts and charging you more read more

Eduardo did wonders for my iMac. I went to multiple locations and was given the run around and told it was an issue that cannot be fixed. I found Eduardo after checking Yelp for Apple technicians. We met the same day and he fixed my issue in less than 24hrs. Amazing turnaround time and extremely professional and helpful. I'm originally a PC/Windows guy, so I started losing all hope in Apple before I met Eduardo. I never leave reviews even if I received excellent service but I had to take the time out to recognize superb work by an amazing tech. If you're having issues with your Mac computer, skip Apple and their BS and screw any of these so called authorized Apple dealers and come straight to Eduardo at YourMacRepair. You will not be disappointed! read more

What a find . . . Eduardo really knows his way around the Mac, and will save you a lot of money and time resolving issues that I never thought possible. He saved my 2009 Mac Mini from the garbage, when Apple offered little assistance in resolving my issues. Great service, great pricing, great overall experience. Highly recommended . . . read more

I would give YourMac.Repair 10 stars if i could! I cannot tell you how happy I am with their service! My 9 year old iMac is better than when I first purchased it. When I brought it in, I was convinced that it was a goner. I couldn't even start it up and yet they somehow fixed it and made it better than brand new. The turn around time was only a few hours. They are reliable and delivered as promised. Great communication and very friendly. Thank you! read more

Eduardo is a highly skilled technician, a great communicator, and an expert on all things Mac. He was able to fix my multiple computer issues, and return to me a laptop as good as new. Great work at a fair price is something hard to come by, but this business offers it. Thanks, Eduardo! read more

First time I've ever used a computer repair service. I went to one of those Big Box Electronic Stores and was completely blown away by their main focus was to sell me a membership then me having to wait 3-4 days just to find what the problem with my PC was. I said "No thank you", took my money back, and bought myself a new computer. Never having dealt with a "Blue Screen" before and never having backed-up my data/files, I lost most all of my data and files from the old computer (Lesson learned!!!). Having to go from windows 10 to Windows 11 has also been a challenge. I did some searching on-line and found Eduardo, who has his own (in home) computer repair service. He was also very highly rated via the reviews posted on line. I emailed Eduardo, explained my problem and he gave me a next day appointment to bring my computer in which I did. He has a most impressive in-home office. He is also a very pleasant, knowledgeable, individual. He explained what all the possibilities were that could be wrong with my PC and the results thereof. He then explained in-depth what he needed to do to find the cause of my Blue Screen (has to open-up and go inside the computer). He fully understood my main concern was recovering my files/data from the PC. I left expecting to receive a text/call a couple of days later. To my great surprise Eduardo sent me a text the next day saying he had recovered my old files/data!!! He then emailed me an invoice which I paid (VERY reasonable) and he will be mailing me the disk and cable I need to transfer the files/data to my new PC. I have no need for the old broke PC so I told him to scrap or do whatever he wanted with the old PC. I cannot praise this individual enough. If anyone in the Orlando area needs a computer looked at/repaired they need to contact Eduardo. HE IS THE BEST! Forget those Big Box Stores or Nerds, LOOK UP EDUARDO!!!! His service rates 10 stars!!! read more

Eduardo was honest, friendly, and prompt. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable that he is an expert with reasonable prices. I thought my laptop was a goner but only 5 hours after taking it to Eduardo, it is good as new! Thank you! I highly recommend his service! Also important to note, Eduardo repairs all computers not just Apple! read more

All I can say is wow. My computer broke very early I called in and everything was done so quickly. Amazing customer service better than taking it to an apple store. Best service I have gotten in a very long time. My computer is brand new as if nothing happened. I definitely recommend anyone who has any issues to please contact this business. Thank you so much Eduardo you are the best. read more

Highly recommend Eduardo. He upgraded our mac tower to the newest operating system and took the time necessary to help restore the connections to all of our external printers.
