I wanted to move from my mac laptops and I purchased a used Imac and a used mac mini. The Imac had a faulty CD drive so I called Eddie (the owner of YourMac.Repair) and he was super responsive and welcoming. In addition to fixing the CD drive, I asked if he could help me speed up the computer and he installed an SSD drive which made the computer faster than lightning! First time I've ever used a computer repair service. I went to one of those Big Box Electronic Stores and was completely blown away by their main focus was to sell me a membership then me having to wait 3-4 days just to find what the problem with my PC was. I said "No thank you", took my money back, and bought myself a new computer. Never having dealt with a "Blue Screen" before and never having backed-up my data/files, I lost most all of my data and files from the old computer (Lesson learned!!!). Having to go from windows 10 to Windows 11 has also been a challenge. I did some searching on-line and found Eduardo, who has his own (in home) computer repair service. He was also very highly rated via the reviews posted on line. I emailed Eduardo, explained my problem and he gave me a next day appointment to bring my computer in which I did. He has a most impressive in-home office. He is also a very pleasant, knowledgeable, individual. He explained what all the possibilities were that could be wrong with my PC and the results thereof. He then explained in-depth what he needed to do to find the cause of my Blue Screen (has to open-up and go inside the computer). He fully understood my main concern was recovering my files/data from the PC. I left expecting to receive a text/call a couple of days later. To my great surprise Eduardo sent me a text the next day saying he had recovered my old files/data!!! He then emailed me an invoice which I paid (VERY reasonable) and he will be mailing me the disk and cable I need to transfer the files/data to my new PC. I have no need for the old broke PC so I told him to scrap or do whatever he wanted with the old PC. I cannot praise this individual enough. If anyone in the Orlando area needs a computer looked at/repaired they need to contact Eduardo. HE IS THE BEST! Forget those Big Box Stores or Nerds, LOOK UP EDUARDO!!!!
