Refresh is the ONLY place I trust with any of my tech. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and their team is fantastic. You are greeted immediately when you walk in the door, and, as soon as possible, a team member is there to assist you. I have been a repeat customer for years now and have had great experiences with pretty much everyone on the team - but I have to give an extra shout-out to a stand-out. That would be Brian - who cares about people not just as customers (though he is excellent at that - always communicating clearly and often about what he is doing and how things work, resolving issues and explaining them, as well as giving tips and advice, and answering every question you have with utmost patience) but he clearly cares about you just as a person. He is positive, upbeat, kind, and makes you feel so welcome and comfortable at the store (and even on the phone - when he took my call last week) - truly refreshing in a retail world that has lost the sense of community and care. I find it ironic that at almost every store or restaurant you visit these days the employees have their phone attached to their hand - more interested in that little screen than in their jobs or their customers - and yet at Refresh (which is all about tech, hence the irony) the customers are always top priority, receive excellent service, and, especially with Brian, are treated so kindly and with full attention. Great Service! Great Computers! I purchased a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad with pretty good specs. A few hours later a laptop was delivered, and , to my surprise, I found out the computer was an upgraded version of the one I ordered, given at the same price because they were out of the laptop i ordered. But wait! The next day I saw a refund pending of the money I paid for the laptop in my banking app. The reason was "product not in stock".This is great customer service!!!! The decisions to upgrade my purchase and to refund my purchase were made so quickly they happened simultaneously!!! Fastest CS response I've ever seen!!! I informed them that they had, in fact, brought me a computer and payment was made. Great computer! Fast, no bloatware, works great!!!! Broken laptop now replaced with dual screen computer and the ability to link to the office when needed. Bought these at Refresh Computer in Longwood couldn't be more pleased. Speed is lightning quick because I updated it with a solid state and Wifi and they assembled computer with what I NEEDED right there in front of me; kind of like having a car built from scratch except at 2nd hand prices. The tech Charles, whom I would highly recomend at Refresh Computers really impressed me, and worked with me to makes sure the computer would meet the requirements I needed... If there is one thing that bothers me when I walk into a business, it's when I am not acknowledged. That didn't happen to me at Refresh Computers! I was there twice today and both times, Brian turned around and said, "We'll be right with you". The first time, I just had some questions and a nice gentleman (sorry, I didn't get his name) answered them for me. The second time I had my laptop with me. Walked in looking for a really simple $10 part and was treated like I was there buying a $1,000 system. The gentleman spent time answering my questions, then went through 2 inventory rooms spending probably 10 minutes, and found the exact item I needed, telling me to take it home and if it worked, to then come back and pay him. It's hard to find a computer store that doesn't try to upsell you on everything (I'm looking at you best buy for your gold plated HDMI cords at 1,000% markup). For any PC parts, peripherals, or for troubleshooting, they are helpful, reasonable, and friendly. Bought a used desktop there to upgrade to Windows 11. Their quick and easy way of transferring files was well worth it. Unit has performed flawlessly since purchase last winter. Recently picked up a virus posing as McAfee which I could not delete. Took it back to Refresh, with no appointment, and they fixed it for free in 5 minutes. Folks there are awesome! read more
