He squeezed me in to switch my whole build into a new case. With this being my main setup and used for my personal business, I needed it same day. Tony explained the process to me, the fee, the time it would take and set expectations upon first meeting. This pc is my baby and I do not take lightly who I allow near it, so I was a bit apprehensive and Tony made me feel like an appreciated customer and helped me feel at ease leaving my rig with him. He texted me updates and pictures as he was doing the work, which also made me feel better about the whole situation. Once the rig was complete, he invited me back for pickup. He went into details about some tips and tricks and what he came across during the rebuild. Not only did he take the time to educate me, he made sure that I was satisfied with the work and that I was comfortable before helping me load the computer back into my car and be on my way.
