Looking on Google, I picked the tech closest to my home. It was my lucky day because I met Joey Bond of JB Tech Computer Services. We spoke on the phone, and that same day he spent an hour with me looking at my Dell and discussing exactly what I needed and wanted. I left my laptop overnight and he worked his magic!
