It took a while to get these 3 pieces of equipment to speak to each other & work together productively but after about 30 minutes VOILA! Once basic services were restored Roy went thru everything & optimized other operations. He asked if we understood everything & if there was anything else we'd like him to look at, but we were in shock he was so helpful & nice. The entire time he worked he kept us chuckling talking about old movies we'd enjoyed & such.. It was the most fun repair appointment ever & it was well worth the fee.
