    Personally I haven't bought anything in the store for a good 10 years. That being said I am in it quite frequently helping others to shop. My kids are big fans, especially my oldest because of accessibility features on their products. And this occasion I was with someone who just wanted to stop in and check out the new phones as they are considering replacing theirs. We had time and they actually found one they liked and attempted to make a purchase and hook it to their phone service. They ran into a problem because they are not an authorized user on the account and we're not able to get the person who is to get them set up for it. We left a little unsatisfied for this but they do plan to be back to get the phone soon. Personally I took some time and explored the iPads as I'm considering replacing the one I have that is over 10 years old. The one I have works just fine but it can't be updated to the newest software and there are apps that are not available for the old software that I was looking to put on it. I won't be trading it in as it's only worth about $10 to them. I decided to wait but I was considering a 10-in iPad series 10 for about $600. They do make some excellent products that have good accessibility features. The prices are the real hindrance to purchasing for many of us.

    After much trepidation over purchasing a new phone we finally decided to go to the Apple store to "look" at the different options and most of the phones were awesome. I'm writing this review not because of the product but more so for the people. Brian was so helpful with the transition from the iPhone 8+ to the 14max. We really appreciate the helpful advice from the Apple team.

    Needed 2 new Lightning cords and since I was in town I decided to hit the mother ship . Temp checks were required to enter ( very nice ). It the wait to get in was over an hour ‍. I did make it in and was able to purchase what I went for but I also checked out the new 12 pro Max massive phone peeps wow. The staff were super helpful and answered my questions without any issue

    Came here for a new iPhone for my girlfriend. We ended up standing in line for quite a bit. It was pretty crowded, even on a Thursday afternoon. Luckily they had an employee stand by the line and get us familiar with the product we wanted before we were taken to the salesman who would complete our purchase. Helps things move along when you get all your questions answered while you're waiting. I liked that. Once we got to a salesman, it was really quick. We knew what we wanted. Took all of 5 minutes to buy the phone, and about an additional 10 or so for another tech guy to guide us through the iCloud transfer process. Really friendly people here too. Apple store employees usually are, from my experience. Definitely come here for all your big Apple purchases, just bring a lawn chair because this place seems like it's always busy and there's no place in line to sit.

    I love Apple products and this Apple store location lives up to the expectations of Apples quality. The store is very clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and prompt to assist with your needs. I had brought in my iPhone for service issues and the technicians were very knowledgeable and made the needed repairs quickly. They went out of they're way to help keep the cost down. I will definitely return especially in the fall when the new line of products is introduced. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone interested in buying something new or in need of service.

    Well I did it again. I waded through an exceptionally busy buzzing store to buy the latest top of the range iPhone with the 512gb memory. You'd think I knew what I was talking about. The last thing I use this device for is to make phone calls. Now I don't need a 15 hundred bucks top of the range phone, but when it comes to this company and these phones, and as Oscar Wilde put it, I can resist everything but temptation. I can reject fancy watches & glitzy jewels. Say humbug to Calvin Klein or Tom Hilfiger - their stuff is overpriced and pretty crap to my mind but put me in an apple store and I'd buy everything if I could cart it home. Last time I tried to buy the new iPhone 10 as was they didn't have any to sell. This time I was assured they had lots of stock. So the entire purchase process took a few minutes with our seller Michael running a marker pen over the €100 bills to ensure we hadn't just printed them ourselves. We came across the wonderful Michael a few years ago in-store. He gives 1st class service and boy is he clued in. So once again we actively sought him out. He did say he remembered us, but I didn't believe him but he's courteous to a fault which is a great advantage in a business in the art of selling goods that don't come back to customers who do. I'd imagine he sees hundreds of people a day and we breeze in twice a year for 5 minutes or less if we can get away with it. Anyway that's the apple itch scratched until October when we are back that side of the pond.

    I went about 2-3 weeks ago for an electric shaver. When we arrived, it looked like a typical best…read morebuy store. But when we went to the shaver aisle, we noticed that it looked unorganized. Various models were randomly placed, not matching the labels in the aisle. I could not find the shaver I was looking for, so I gave up. I also tried looking for a screen protector for my pixel phone, but most of them were for newer versions and models. I tried looking for a clerk to help me, but all looked busy. I gave up on that as well. The only thing we bought was a toner cartridge for my mom's printer, which was at the regular price. Checkout didn't take too long, as there wasn't much of a line. The person who handled the checkout was friendly. This best buy might be getting old and may need a renovation. At least for the shavers, it looked unkempt. My dad and I were about to go away empty handed, but at least we got the printer toner. The millennia mall area seems to have better selection and value, so I would shop there instead. Best to check their site first and their app before going to the store.

I originally called the Verizon's customer service number with my questions but they were not too clear with their answers. I was greeted by David right away. Gave him my contact information and walked to a sitting area. David went above and beyond with a lot of patience answering all my silly questions. He explained all the scenarios and possibilities, helping me to make the best decision. Verizon needs more David's in their stores. He was joined by Adam who was also very helpful and polite. I didn't make a decision on a phone but I left with a different home product to try. I will be back for the phone now that I have the best information to compare. I hope to have another David customer service experience when I return.

I arrived at the Millenia location a little more than an hour before closing. When I walked in, the store was nearly empty--about five customers and five Verizon employees. With an equal number of employees to customers, I expected a timely and efficient experience. That was not the case. After putting my name on the waiting list, I waited while three employees stood together having a long, casual conversation and completely ignoring customers who were waiting. After more than fifteen minutes, I politely asked the manager if someone could assist me. I was told that because the store was closing in less than an hour, everyone was "too busy." That explanation made no sense considering I had just watched multiple employees casually chatting instead of helping customers. Now everyone understands being a frustrated customer in a busy store with overwhelmed employees. What's much harder to understand is standing in a nearly empty store, waiting patiently, while employees talk among themselves and ignore customers. To make matters worse, the manager didn't appear the least bit concerned when telling me no one could help. She even suggested that I call customer service instead--even though I was already standing in the store waiting for assistance. In the end, I waited over an hour for help (which can easily be verified on the in-store cameras), despite there being available employees. There was no sense of urgency, no apology, and no effort to improve the situation. Is this how they treat all their customers? Extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.
