They added on lots of stuff I didn't ask for and refused to give me a refund. Repeated visits didn't fix anything. Lots of excuses and lies. The folks at the t-mobile 800# were marginally better. But just barely. I was still being overcharged and each kept pointing me at the other for a refund. Enter Stephanie and Katherine (manager) at this location. Fantastic. Even though they didn't make a dime off me, and even though these stores are independent agents (so profits aren't shared), they jumped in to help me. They called the District Manager. Called their support people at T-mobile. In the end, they got me what I was owed, some compensation for all the hassle, and cut my monthly plan cost in half. I can't say enough good things at how helpful they were.

After going to another Metro at Osceola Pkway and being mistreated and getting NO help at all. We decided to visit this one. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and felt welcomed. The young man who approach us was very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. He transferred my phone and also my husband's ( since he had also got a new phone as a gift for Christmas). We ended up getting a Samsung tablet for free ( with using a previous credit we had in our account). We really appreciate all the help we got, specially from Emmanuel, like I said he was so helpful and has amazing customer service skills. The company has a great access to their team! This is the place to go if you want to be treated with respect, care and attention. We will definitely be back!

First, I was happy with their repair, and the professionalism of their staff. What kept them from…read moregetting five stars was I first called for an unofficial quote, low balled to get me in. Once there I got a quote in writing, slightly higher but okay. When it was ready I got an email that it was ready but with a higher amount. If your amount is going to be higher than the written quote you get when you drop it off, they should call you to get permission to proceed. They did not, but it was still within my budget range. When I went to pick it up, he looked at his screen, and said, "Whoa, this should have been about $400 more." I almost had a heart attack. I could have bought a new one for that, it was a cracked screen on my iPad, I would have just put a screen protector over it, I could still see and it worked fine. He was able to get it only slightly higher than the written quote, he said I could pick it up the next day to see the manager to see if the original written quote could be honored, but at that point I just wanted my iPad back because I was afraid the manager would say I couldn't have it for less than the $400 more price. I believe I should have gotten it for the amount in writing when I dropped it off because they did not call me to ask permission to repair it for the higher price, but I was just grateful to get it for an amount in my budget. So in the end, great work, professional kind staff, just make sure they know if the price will differ than the written quote they must call you to get permission to proceed with the work. I got four prices, all wildly different. I would use them again as long as they know I am on a budget unfortunately and I would need to know if the price changes. But great job on having kind staff in these days!
