Went into T-Mobile Store for the free phones promotion for new customers. Told we'd have to make…read moredown payment $880 for five new phones and we'd get credit over 24 months. Different from how we've done business with Verizon, MetroPCS and Cricket over 13 years. The T-Mobile store also sold us on Samsung watches, promo again for new customers, down payment over $700 with the promise of credit back over 24 months. We expected our first bill to be Military Plan $135, no additional fees under Military Plan. Minus credits near $119. Our first bill was $235 with no credits back from the down payments, FREE phones and watches. Call Center/Customer Service wasn't helpful at all, quoting us promos from previous months and re-directed us to the T-Mobile store. To our surprise, the T-Mobile store didn't dispute the promotional, any offers or credits. They actual confirms FREE phones and watches. They got on the phone with some help desk. Our next T-Mobile bill was corrected @ $119, with Military plan and credits. Our third bill came, this time $179 bill. Come on! Called T-Mobile customer service again spoke with Joseph (agent) and Nickie (floor supervisor or some title). Again unhelpful. We have a written copy of the offer, we were given certain model due to the offer and our 2nd bill was correct, and still were not offer correction, adjustment, credit. After being told by Nickie she was the highest level at T-Mobile, we were done.

We dropped our phones off at 8:00 a.m., and just two hours later they were completely repaired. One phone needed both the front and back replaced, and the other needed the back replaced, both were completely shattered. They fixed everything perfectly, and the total cost was about half of what other places quoted us. Now let's talk about the staff. They are incredibly positive, friendly, and professional. Everyone there was knowledgeable about the products in the store and happy to answer questions. Their attitude and customer service were so impressive that we actually canceled our phone upgrades with Spectrum and decided we'll be going back to Mr. Phone Pro to purchase our new phones instead. On both occasions I have specifically given direction to the salesman to not add any extras to my bill. And on both occasions I have had to contact AT&T and have the extras removed from my bill that were added without my permission. This is annoying unacceptable sales practice and I do not appreciate it. I will no longer be coming to this location.

BEWARE BAD SERVICE!!!! They cost me an extra fee with my carrier on top of overpriced…read moreunderdeveloped service.... Initially, we took my sons phone in for a cracked screen to be replaced. I was called a couple of days later and informed that the phone was repaired and ready for pick up. After arriving to pick up the phone, I was informed that the phone was not working and was shown a picture of the phone when it was cut on and allegedly ready for pick up. I watched as the woman fiddled around with the phone & this led to me being informed that it would be repaired by the next day and that I would be called when the phone was ready for pick up, on the next day I was called and went in to pick up the phone. After we received the phone, it seemed OK however, it had a whole entirely new number assigned to it and the phone provider didn't know anything about how it was changed and charged me to switch it back. I called Ifixandrepair and was informed that they were not aware of how the phone number had gotten switched, not only do they overcharge for simple repairs the customer service/ overall service is practically nonexistent. Since we practically use our phones for everything these days in order to operate a business such as phone repair you must be two things reliable, and have accountability and this company is neither.
