I went to the parking lot and was wondering if I could order for WG Village. Somehow my order was routed to the Hamlin store. After errands I stopped by and said I was picking up my phone that ATT said was ready. He said oh yes a shipment came in. I said wow that is crazy for it to come in 5 minutes after I left. He then went on to mess up my account so much and called ATT to fix it saying the system made a mistake instead of him making a mistake. After 20 minutes he finally said it will be just a moment longer while I get the account fixed. I said why do you keep lying instead of admitting mistakes. If I am going to have to wait then I would rather go elsewhere. He said nothing, but 10 minutes later he said it is all fixed do you still want to go elsewhere. I said yes I do want to do business with a company like this. I walked out and found out my phone was bricked. The Winter Garden store was able to fix my phone but I have to wait 24 hours to upgrade my phone because of what this store did.
