please do not go to this store, this is a 3rd party store, The owner ( or manager Ricky) doesnt' care! his Manager give me (jonathan 941-264-6131 a 4 line service) promise me to have 4 new iphone 17. if i trade in my old iphone any thing 13 and higher, But she didnt' told me that the blue and sage green dont have in stock. it was friday oct 31, then saturday come. and monday come. Every day i have to deal with tmobile service to straight it out. Then wednesday Nov6, i went in cancel. They didnt give me back my iphone 14, At the time of sale, No body mention regarding ( once you turn in your phone, you can't have it back, 2nd they charged you 70 for restocking fee, which is almost 10%. wooorrrsttt experience of getting my p screen light fixed! I was told it will take a day to fix which took my money up front! Started calling that next day no answer also never called to communicate ! That following day I checked out of my vacation home late because they didn't open until 10. Expecting my phone to be done he said the order part didn't come in and gave me my phone and he will send my refund the same day . This was our first visit to this location and even though it took a little time they got everything taken care of. I was a Sprint customer in the process of the changeover to T-Mobile and they offered to get me completely changed over along with the other services that I required. We had the change one phone number and add a line to the account. They had some computer problems which have been ongoing since they took over Sprint. I have to admit that things have been getting better as time is progressed. We went from three lines to four lines and kept the same basic plan that I already had. In addition they actually gave me a SIM card for what could be a fifth line. It is intended for a tablet that runs Wi-Fi. With auto pay it's free of charge for me to have so I'm considering adding a tablet. The gentleman who was taking care of us had not dealt with all the changes that we were having done but they did a really good job getting through it with the assistance of I believe the manager. Everything was set I did have to phone in to have the old line removed from the account completely which happened easily as well. I was always happy with the service from Sprint and T-Mobile has been doing a very good job since we've had to deal with them. read more

We came in after visiting a different TMobile store where we had really bad issues. So we were pretty focused on a resolution. Yaris was absolutely AH-MAZING!!! She was so incredibly helpful and personable, friendly and gave great customer service. I would love her manager to see this to know what a great employee they have-- she deserves a raise. Went in to buy a new phone and get a screen protector replacement. I was asked if I had insurance on my phones and I did not remember so I asked if they could look it up. He refused to look it up.and I was told to order my phone by call T-Mobile and they would ship it to my house. I ask if I did that would they transfer all my data from my old phone to my new phone. Again I was told No . This store employee did Not answer one of my questions and was so rude that I called T-Mobile to cancel my service. read more

On Sept. 17th I visited the T-Mobile store with my family and our individual pre-paid phones with another company that will be no longer providing cell service after Dec. 2021. We selected a 3-line plan with the Magenta Max Package, the BOGO Samsungs and 1 Noord. The attendant activated the SIMs and ported in my number without full disclosure whether or not the phones we selected were in stock or if our existing phones were locked. The phones we chose for our new plan were not in stock and I was advised that I would have them "soon". I am a Realtor and cannot be without a phone. Since she had already ported in my number to the T-Mobile SIM, I could not use it in my old phone. She then reached out to a manager that offered me a loaner phone until our phones arrived. My husband and son were not offered phones. After 4 hours, I paid $90 for the activation of the 3 lines and T-Mobile began charging us that day for service, although none of us had the phones we selected in the store. Because she had activated our SIMs with no phones, I was given a "loaner" in the meantime with no screen protector, case or insurance (Which by the way I am also being billed for insurance per line). About a week later, my son's Noord arrives with some miscellaneous equipment. Neither my Samsung S21 or my husband's were in the package. I went to the store and was advised that the equipment came as part of a "package" and that the other 2 lines should be receiving the phones soon. Another week passes and we had still not received the rest of our order, but I received a text letting me know my bill was due??? I reached out to T-Mobile via 611 at that time and the representative let me know that the phones we chose were going to be on back-order for at least another month. I had not been told that previously. I then asked him to cancel them and send 2 Noords for myself and my husband. Ten days later and we have no phones. When I called this morning to check on it, I was connected with a representative that disconnected the call twice. I called again and was given another agent that did her best to help. She let me know only ONE of the 2 Noords had been ordered, but ultimately had to pass me to a Supervisor that only offered $25 in credit on the $170 bill for an account that was NEVER completely set up in the first place. I asked the Supervisor to just call it even and start my account from today so I could just go see which if any of the local stores had any phones in stock. He told me he couldn't do that. So now, 6 employees, 8 hours (4 in-store and 4 on the phone) later, I have a hefty T-Mobile bill for services we have not used, my husband has had NO PHONE and a SIM card in his wallet since Sept. 17th, and I am still babying my "loaner" phone without insurance that I am being charged for. I will be in the store today to completely cancel these services and return my "loaner" and my son's Noord. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMANY OR THIS LOCATION! I WILL CONTINUE TO POST THIS ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL. read more

Worst customer service of all time. If you want to be treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer by all means come here! If you're not buying anything new and you don't speak Spanish, they'll treat you like trash. Nothing else to be said. I'm not even disgusted, I'm actually hurt. I was pleading with this girl to just take my payment and stop schooling me while crying from a panic attack and she told me she wouldn't take my payment and called up someone else after I had waited 20 minutes to make the payment! I'm recovering from surgery and in a ton of pain and trying to keep up with my bills while getting rides and sometimes people need to treat people accordingly. Very poor experience with assistant manager, female with a K name and half sleeve tattoo at this location. She was unable/unwilling to help me transfer a phone and was just hanging out behind the counter playing on her own phone. Called customer service line who confirmed that there was no reason the store could not help and apologized for her behavior. Observed multiple other people while I was waiting who came into store for help turned away and directed to customer service line instead of the store helping with their request, just like what happened to me. The other customers all expressed their confusion and displeasure why they weren't able to get appropriate help and she was rude and dismissive to them as well. Also noticed in multiple one star reviews over a span of months where people are complaining about the lady with "big fake lashes" ..this is the same woman. Maybe if you're repeatedly getting negative feedback on the same person, you should address their behavior because there's a very clear pattern on a particular individual who is detrimental to this store's success. read more
