Fast & Friendly Service. My daughter was in a panic because all of a sudden her screen had lines and she couldn't access anything on her phone. Her phone was broken and she couldn't communicate with her friends (ahh to be a teenager in 2022...lol). I set up an appointment online and took it in to the Windermere location. They thought it might be water damage and opened the phone in front of me but turns out that it just needed a new screen. They replaced the screen within a couple hours and texted when it was ready. I should have known better to only take an Apple product to an Apple store for repair. Brought my daughter's iPad in for a cracked screen to be repaired. $213 later the iPad looked great, however, when you touch the screen it doesn't always work. It's like the sensitivity isn't registering or being sensed by the iPad. It's extremely frustrating when you press a button on the screen and nothing happens. I guess, when you don't use genuine Apple products and/or use authorized Apple personnel to work on their products, you get this. I gave away my $213, I implore you to not give away yours. If you have an Apple product needing repair, take the time and pay the little extra they charge, it will save you in the long run. The person at the counter couldn't have been nicer, so no issues with him whatsoever. read more

Was pleased with their level of service and fair price. The only knock on them that I have is that my repair required a part to be ordered and they explained it might take a week or so to obtain it. They said they would contact me when it came in. After several weeks I called inquiring as to the status of the part and was told it had been received. However no one ever contacted me. They somewhat redeemed themselves when the part originally ordered turned out to be the wrong part. They were able to secure the correct part and complete the repair within 4 days. read more

I've having a very hard time with this store "technicians" Since my son's ipad screen broke and i paid to replace it , when it came back the button in the screen came broken from the store. When i took it back the sound button came broken and finally when I paid for it the screen button came broken again (all this happened in a few days) but as I don't have the free time to get there every day, but still in the period of the warranty and they DO NOT HONOR your policy of 90 DAY WARRANTY. I consider my self a great client as I had fixed overthere others screens but to be honest i'm very very disapointed with its quality and lack of solutions as they keep charging for a service that I already paid in less than 60 days !!! read more

I went in and was excited to be told my cracked screen would get fixed within an hour! It did end up taking longer than that (almost 2 hours) but that's because they found an issue with my battery. I did not get charged extra for the battery issue they fixed and paid $140 for the screen and $10 for a new screen protector. Five stars for the guys being so nice and having good communication and giving me updates every 20 minutes on how the fix was going. read more

I dropped off my laptop because my webcam wasn't working and one of the technicians called me back the same day to let me know he also experienced the problem and tried trouble shooting it but couldn't fix it. He then told me I could leave it there or come pick it up and bring it back when another technician was back in that might know more how to fix it and he didn't charge me the initial $50 service check fee. I took it back in yesterday and got it back today all fixed up and I was more than happy to pay. Now that's the way customer service should work. I brought my daughters Nintendo Switch in for repair. All we knew was that one of the controllers would not lock in place & therefore couldn't charge. I dropped the switch off on Saturday and Sunday they let me know it was ready for pickup. When I got there, they told me it was good to go and no charge! Apparently there was a small fragment of something lodged in the unit. They removed the blockage and it fixed the issue. These guys could have bs'ed me. They could've charged me for work they didn't do and I wouldn't have been any the wiser. They're clearly a very honest & professional group. I have an IPhone 7 that needed a battery! I called and the Manager, Joshua, said he had a battery in stock. I dropped my phone off about 45 minutes later. Employee said phone will be readying in 1 hour. I went by an hour and half later and new battery was installed and phone was ready. Great service and will be back if o need a phone repaired. read more
