When I brought it in, Jonathan showed me that the battery had swollen dangerously, actually pushing the screen forward. He quickly replaced the battery and back glass and offered free repairs if I had issues within a year. However, my phone started restarting itself every few minutes of continuous use with a frustrating catch-22: I needed the latest iOS to calibrate the battery, but the phone wouldn't stay on long enough to download it. Jonathan tried a second battery and realized it could be hardware damage and ordered a new internal part (most likely the motherboard).
