Made the whole process quick, simple, and easy! Tech came a bit late, but Michael (business owner) was very communicative so it was no problem at all and expected. The tech was very friendly, and finished the job in no time, and also confirmed the problem that I thought based on the symptoms and what was still working on the phone. One note, give the tech a nicer vehicle when you guys can allow for it! His small car was a bit beaten up and it was a regular sedan - I was expecting a mobile van so that they had a proper work station. I'd imagine it's a bit cramped working in a sedan all day, but it was also that much more impressive he was able to fix my phone so quickly.
