UPDATE: Owner Davron saw my review on here and responded with an apology and resolution. I could choose one of three options and decided to go for a refund of the most recent transaction.
I believe the owner went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was satisfied and because of that, I changed the rating to a 3-star.
He also spoke with his employees to make sure this didn't happen again.
ORIGINAL 1-STAR REVIEW: RUN. Don't walk. RUN AWAY from this company!
I took my iPhone for a simple screen and LCD display repair earlier this year in March. I got the phone back with no issues. Not long after, the front camera didn't work. I got it repaired too. Then the phone was having issues with the battery. Got that repaired too.
Then later in June, the phone went blank. I took it to them to check the phone and they said they replaced the LCD/screen as it was still under warranty. Ok, that's fine.
So then I started having other issues. The front camera and the earpiece didn't work, then eventually the screen went to static. They checked it, said it was the IC Chip (I have an iPhone 6 Plus). I asked about the front camera and earpiece. They said they had to repair the IC Chip first because otherwise they can't define if the IC Chip is also the cause for that issue.
Ok, so I spent 3 weeks waiting for the IC chip to get repaired. They didn't even contact me through email to let me know it was ready, as they said they would. When I called them, I told them to check the front camera and earpiece.
They said it would be ready that afternoon. I came a couple of days later to pick up the phone and they tried to charge me for the IC Chip and a screen replacement. I asked them why they're charging me for a screen replacement when the screen was still under warranty.
According to them, the screen that was on my phone is not "their" screen. Their screens have a warranty sticker on there. That's fine, I understand, but that's not my concern. So I disputed the issue with them and their excuse is "We can't guarantee that you didn't take this someplace else and had the screen replaced".
So after fighting with them about this, as I hadn't given it anyone else to repair, they finally let me pay for the IC chip only.
First of, they don't keep track of their sh*t at all. They don't write down what they did to fix the phone and who did it.
Second, if they make a mistake, don't expect the warranty to hold. There's no other reasoning I can think of, except that they changed the screen in June with one of a client's and didn't pay attention. So expect to fight for your rights.
Third, they don't repair IC chips themselves. They ship it out to someone.
It hasn't even been a week since I've got this phone back, and now I'm back here again trying to get it repaired with the same issue from June. The phone went completely black and wouldn't charge.
It hasn't been dropped. It hasn't been wet. In fact I took care of that phone better than I take care of myself.
Oh and guess what? They don't know what the issue is. They want me to call tomorrow because they tried a new screen and that didn't work. They tried a new battery and that didn't work. Mmm, I wonder what the problem could be?
I DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. You shouldn't trust them either. If it wasn't for the fact that the problem with the hardware are under warranty with them, I wouldn't have taken it back.
This is also the second time they tell me "We don't know what happened with the phone". They're insinuating that I'm the problem. That I've probably done something to the phone to cause it to fail. This is defamation at it's best.
Next time this happens, I'm suing this company for defamation. They shouldn't treat customers like that, especially after I've spent about $330 in repairs here. read more
