No other associate that maybe was supposed to be covering that area came over so we were left to our own devices to do the research. I will say their prices still seem to be quite expensive. The onsite team and 1800 team are basically completely different businesses they claim, and offer all sorts of confusing, layered, and underhanded tactics. After going back to the store, I was basically told "it's all taken care of right" after spending hours on the phone with Verizon 1800. Bottom line, just call the 1800 number and save yourself all this layered garbage that I had to personally unravel at my time and expense.

I went in for a simple part swap on my build and they were able to help with much more after I explained my PC's issues. They kept me in the loop during their services with what stress tests/diagnostics they would be running and if they found anything. Horrible customer service. Switched to another ISP after dealing with spectrum over the phone, but…read morehad to go in to the store to return equipment. First of all, having to wait 90 minutes just to return equipment is ridiculous. The whole time I was there, two associates were helping two separate families with setting up mobile services. 90 minutes and they were STILL setting up their devices? That convinced me that I NEVER want to get mobile services through them because how does it take that long? Finally get called up, employee scanned my devices which took about 30 seconds so at least that was fast. But the employee did not want to print a receipt that I returned equipment. He kept joking and being sarcastic, like "oh, you won't tell me which service provider you switched to, but you want me to print you a receipt? Why should I help you when you won't tell me that?" Finally printed the receipt after a few minutes of nonsense, but just a perfect example of why I will never be using spectrum again - however they are training their customer service representatives (both in store and on the phone) needs to be seriously examined, because it is some of the worst customer service I've experienced.
