We had seen online about the new Samsung S20 FE and wanted more information. We walked in, not much crowd. There were 3 staff members and one was helping a previous customer. We looked around for a bit and a staff member approached us. We asked her about current deals and she looked confused like she didn't know. Then we were specific and asked deals for S20 FE phone. She went and got her phone to check and then told us about the deal. Then we asked her the difference between the S20 FE and S20 and she didn't know. Asked about the specifications, she didn't know. Although she helped us by googling it on her iPad. ‍ They did not even have a S20 model to look at. We have never had like this experience in any other tmobile stores we have been to. They are very knowledgeable about current deals and phones. And if they don't know something they are quick to find it out by asking the store manager or other knowledgeable staff member. I felt we just wasted our time. Btw this is a sprint store turned into tmobile store about 2 months back. Not sure if the lack of knowledge is cause of that. PS. Everyone was wearing masks. And there was a sanitizer bottle in the front.
