Insurance was added and modified to my account resulting in additional charges on my account that I did not authorize. Beware.

Michael also informed us about getting a cover for the iPhone 14 lenses. I've been coming to this VERIZON store for years and I've never had any problems with getting help. What was a big deal is I was getting an upgrade to and iPhone 12 and the man helping me - I wish I'd caught his name - royally destroyed my phone. He somehow put in two activation requests? And therefore when I got home my new phone wouldn't do anything remotely phone related aka make calls, send texts, etc. The store was closed at that point so I couldn't go back. Cue me then calling Verizon and spending nearly an hour on hold with them... the first person was pretty useless and said I wait until the next day and go back to the store, we went back and forth a few times until eventually she transferred me to an actually helpful person who said that he would fix it but it would take a few hours and at ~some point throughout the night my phone would activate. It does work this am thank goodness, but no thanks to the workers in this store. Thanks goes to the IT guys at Verizon corporate. And even the people I spoke with on the phone were like "wow, this guy really messed up your phone" soooo Update: two days later it's not working again - so I'll be going back to this store attempt to remedy the problem. Second update. Changing my review to two stars because the manager fixed it all up for me today and was very kind... doesn't negate the four days I've spent being annoyed & not having a working phone though.

James helped us out after spending time at Best Buy with fried battery!…read more James was outstanding at his job! Knew his products, listened carefully to our challenges. We ended up learning we had coverage, he got us set up to have a replacement phone. I walked in with low expectations and walked out elated. He solved our issues.

This is not how you treat your elders in this community or anywhere!!!…read more The lack of disrespect and professionalism at the store needs to be acknowledged. It is a disgrace how we were treated. My 74-year-old mother doesn't need to stress out going in there trying to get everything set up properly. Once they sold us her Samsung brand new phone, they wouldn't have nothing to do to help us with setting anything up. He even showed us. There was a glitch in the computer system to get another person as an authorized user. There was no glitch. He just didn't want to figure it out. My mother was back in today trying to have somebody help us since there was customer service telling us that we needed to go into the store and then when we go into the store, it was dead. Nobody was even there and they had two people working with one person. Then the employee mentioned to my mother if she knew of anyone, that was looking for a job to send them there what kind of shit show are they running here!? No wonder why nobody wants to work there it's unprofessional and why would you be asking your customer that when she went in there specifically for a problem that needed to be sorted out. I was actually going to upgrade to the 16 Pro, but I will not give them my business unfortunately we are locked into a contract with them and they even had the nerve to tell us to go somewhere else because they didn't feel like bothering to help my mom figure out a pin code so that we can call and check our bill! Not to mention as well, ago when I got my own plan and added my mother, they told us if we had AARP we would qualify for a discount not mentioning that since my mom is clearly over 55+ we could've been paying $30 cheaper a month. They said that this was their corporate store and that plan has been going on for years, which is really funny because it clearly wasn't. They just failed to tell us that so that we would pay more. Talk about a lack of customer service and attention to detail. Good luck you're going to be fed to the wolves as soon as they get your money, make their commission and you walk out the door even if you have a simple question they are going to treat you like shit! What an absolute disgrace and stress that is unnecessary!

We had seen online about the new Samsung S20 FE and wanted more information. We walked in, not much crowd. There were 3 staff members and one was helping a previous customer. We looked around for a bit and a staff member approached us. We asked her about current deals and she looked confused like she didn't know. Then we were specific and asked deals for S20 FE phone. She went and got her phone to check and then told us about the deal. Then we asked her the difference between the S20 FE and S20 and she didn't know. Asked about the specifications, she didn't know. Although she helped us by googling it on her iPad. ‍ They did not even have a S20 model to look at. We have never had like this experience in any other tmobile stores we have been to. They are very knowledgeable about current deals and phones. And if they don't know something they are quick to find it out by asking the store manager or other knowledgeable staff member. I felt we just wasted our time. Btw this is a sprint store turned into tmobile store about 2 months back. Not sure if the lack of knowledge is cause of that. PS. Everyone was wearing masks. And there was a sanitizer bottle in the front.

My family and I have been with T-Mobile for about a year now and have had nothing, but headache after headache. The store we originally signed up with in Troy, Michigan was great and always willing to go above and beyond to help out. Unfortunately for me, we still had many many headaches: my boyfriend's phone he traded in was shipped to the wrong location and was destroyed therefore we were set to receive no money for the trade-in, after arguing on the phone for weeks I was finally given my trade-in credit. Then, we were told we could only receive our military discount by applying online and nothing could be done in store, it took 8 months for that to go through and only because I sat on the phone with someone for hours to verify everything was processed. Fast forward a couple months and my guy and I decided to purchase the new iPhone 6+ at this T-Mobile location in Clermont. The associate was very nice and since we needed to go home and back up our old phones before trading in, he gave us instructions on what to do so we wouldn't have any issues with the trade-ins. He also made a note in the system that he inspected our phones and everything was good to go. Now after everything was (or so I thought) settled, my grandfather (who was on our family plan) suddenly passed and we needed to remove him from the account. They would not even remove him with-out seeing a death certificate and kept harassing my grandmother for payment. I had to then go back into the Clermont store and sit on the phone with customer service since they are unable to do anything customer service related in the store. The associate did not seem like he really cared at all about what was going on and just stood at the counter flipping through his phone. After spending about an hour on the phone, again, we were able to get everything settled. I repeatedly asked the woman on the phone if the military discount was still being applied and she assured me that it was. After I hung up, the assistant manager at the store took a look at the account and told me we were going to have to reapply for the discount! WHAT!? I was so furious and yet again he said there was nothing he can do. We're almost a year deep with T-Mobile and it's been nothing, but problem after problem. Going to the store is useless and this store is really hit or miss with whether they want to help you or not. Word of advice, run away from T-Mobile. Run as far as you possibly can!
