    I've had my Z Flip 4 screen protector replaced last year and the process, workmanship and…read moreprofessionalism was all there! Service was just incredible in 2023! In 2024, had to come in recently to get my Z Flip 5 screen protector replaced and this experience was just undoubtedly disappointing compared to last year. I could only assume the employees last year no longer work here or something because customers would come in and a line will form yet no sign of acknowledgement was made and there were at least 5 more people in the back. The length process was undoubtedly shown. After patiently waiting after being told it would be an hour, turned into three hours later, I got my phone back only for the bottom left corner of the screen protector to be crinkled and wrinkled with a nail print indentation.... Like what? It was visible and yet the sloppy work was given to me past the counter. Smh. I brought it up and the tech that came from the back was not too pleased that I asked for it to be done again. As they didn't have a screen protector in stock, they made a file in the system that I needed the work to be done and they mentioned either the following Tuesday or Wednesday they will get a shipment and they would call me. I called Tuesday and they said no stock came and that once the screen protector comes in, the system will notify my work order in which they would call me. Come Sunday, I called and they said they had it in stock. Smh. I came, told a two hour labor turned three and half hours and finally got my new screen protector properly installed with no sign of scratches, crinkles, wrinkles or tampered. I work in retail and customer service so I was patient throughout the whole ordeal and showed no hostility unlike the other patrons, but I don't blame them as they were paying so this review would've been 1 had Samsung not covered it under warranty.

    Our Spectrim service went out for a minute or two numerous times daily and was never at the speed…read morewe paid for, so we had another provide install internet July 7th. We returned the equipment July 10th, but they would not allow the wife (person who has credit card for the account) to cancel on the 10th, as they only allow the account holder (husband) to cancel, so he called on the 11th and cancelled the service (again equipment was returned on the 10th). We actually unplugged the equipment and stopped using the service on the 7th. We then received a bill for service July 7th- August 6 th for $89.99 and were told that they would not prorate it even though we returned the equipment and cancelled the service. I am pretty sure that if a Spectrum employee quits on a Monday that they are not paid for the whole week, so they should not be entitled to get paid for services not provided. They say it's in their terms, so prospective internet customers be ware: our experience was that the internet went out numerous times a day, was not at the speed we were paying for and then they wanted to be paid for almost a full month after equipment was returned.

It happens so frequently, and they say they will adjust your bill, but they never do, making the customer service a big zero as well. Do not get Spectrum for your Internet if you live in the Clermont area. Not worth the prices they charge at all. I will be canceling my services with them this week. Save yourself the stress and headaches, especially is rely on internet for work. Zero stars if I could.
