If i could rate this a 0 rating it would not be low enough. First time to this location and definitely my last for sure. I checked in at the computer to try to turn in equipment. I sat down on a bench where a female employee for whatever reason decided to yell to me from across the room to sign in at the computer, not realizing that i had already done so. I should have walked out at that point but I chose to stay so i could turn in old equipment as well as equipment for a business account only to be told to drop it all off at UPS!!!! Little back story, i visited the old store next to UPS to be sent to the new store which then directed me to UPS!!!!! After all this, the female spectrum rep took one piece of equipment and not the other. Crazy! Btw, once i dropped off the last bit of equipment to UPS, i ordered starlink to service my address before i even left the new spectrum store parking lot. Crazy! Spectrum's monopoly on the area is coming to an end. Fiber installed in my front yard over a month ago. Won't be long now.... read more

I've been having multiple issues with my router all week, and it finally died. By the advisement of spectrum support, they told me to go to the store, which closed at 8 o'clock. I drove like a bat out of hell to pull into the space right at eight and jumped out of the car just as the guy was about to lock the door. Instead of being compassionate when I said - please!!! Please I need help; he locked the door right in my face, and basically told me to f-off without saying the words with the smug smirk on his face. This store is the best place for waiting around for half an hour until an employee can "help" you. It seems as if they can't do anything but sell service/phones, which takes forever. If you have any issues with your bill or service just don't come here. There's always only one or two people working and a pile of people waiting and waiting. Even just dropping off equipment is a long wait. read more

Since we've had Spectrum our bill goes up and thier service remains terrible. Have to reset the equipment daily and have had to do this for quite some time but are unable to watch a streaming movie, if I can get the provider. Our cell phones do not work, and drop calls constantly. What a waste of money. I will soon remedy this problem for myself. Just would like future customers know. Buyer beware!​ I would leave a review on thier home page but apparently they hide thier 1.7 star rating. And I believe it too be higher than they deserve. I called and cancelled my service. I only was 4 days into the month and they want to charge for the whole month. They said it's their policy not to prorate the bill. Load of crap. Was told could return equipment to any Spectrum store or UPS. Went to the spectrum store. Saleswoman didn't want to be bothered, so she told me I couldn't return it there. Went to UPS the next day and they said I would have to clean the dust off first. So two wasted trips. Was promised 100 megabytes originally for signal strength only got up to 30. This is the absolute worst company ever. EVERY single spectrum I have ever been in has the worst customer service and this location is no different. There were two people working when we showed up when they opened. There were two people in line in front of us. We stood in line over 30 minutes only to be told we cannot return the equipment there. Mind you, one customer was finished and one employee went to the back never to return even though the line was now 5+ people deep. We had previously called spectrum and they said to return it in store. The guy that installed everything also told us to return it to the store. However, they told us to go drop it at UPS.... she also said "I assumed you were exchanging equipment which is why you were in line".... Ummmm no lady, don't assume. Soooo frustrating and so rude, spectrum is the worst. Definitely avoid this location at all costs unless you feel like wasting your time. read more

Their customer services is horrendous. I went there because I needed to change equipment. The guy told me that was no need that my actual equipment will work in the new home. When I called for activation they told me that I need to get new equipment. Even the Spectrum guy in the service department recommended to go to another store. I will never go back to this place. Stephanie at this Spectrum was very rude and unprofessional. My brother went to Spectrum to pick up equipment and his account couldn't be located. He called customer service and his account was located immediately and to come back in today. He walked up to the counter and she immedietly refused to assist him "due to the issue with the other employee" and proceeded to take a break leaving us standing at the counter after an hour of waiting with 5 people behind us. Tried to return old DTA units after upgrading. Got sent to the UPS and FedEx stores to return and both could not do so. Called customer service and was sent back to the store. It is repulsive to deal with this store when you do not have an option to go anywhere else. read more

No one tells you to sign in so basically 4 people sitting waiting to be help for 30 minutes to then let us know the only way they can help is by signing in. First I go to the website to make an appt... it does not work on iPhone. Can't scroll when selecting a location.. have to scroll because it shows location 20+ miles away. Walk in and am told we don't need a reservation. That's good. Try to start new service in 4 days. They can't take my order because the current owner has service at that location and hasn't requested a service termination yet.. really? Your systems are that bad that you can't do that? I really wish there was a way to give negative stars. I finally got to cancel my services today because they aren't in my new area, THANK GOD, but they are still charging me for whole month. They made it impossible to cancel online or vis app. I had no choice but to call which sucked! I was told BY A MANAGER, Jason, they NEVER pro-rate services & customers are EDUCATED (his word) on every bill. What they don't EDUCATE customers about is that internet speed is only guaranteed if hard-wired to modem/router even though the tech knew I would be using wireless. They've wasted over 240hrs of my life in the last few years but according to the account I've only called in ONCE!!! I WISH!!! I've dealt with every carrier at this point in my life & I can honestly say Spectrum takes the prize for WORST service. They want me to pay for the whole month even though they made it impossible to cancel w/out calling them, something I didn't have time for while moving, so I'm going to pay them $1 at a time. It's petty, I'm not proud of it, but Spectrum needs to start taking responsibility for their services. Would never go back & honestly would never buy or rent in their service area again. Make sure you check your account monthly. Went into office to have my internet service downgraded on may the 15th received my bill still getting charged for the service. Went into off today their excuse was someone canceled my downgrade or but they could not tell me who. This the worst service I have received by a cable company.
