I understand that this is common practice, as they're already configured for his TV's. Quality came out and got all 3 of our new TV's set up with the proper mounting hardware. Thank you for resolving this…read more Spectrum sent us a letter in the mail in April 2026 to inform us that they would be cancelling our service on 5/11/2026 because they are unable to continue providing service at our apartment complex. Then they charged me the full $90 for service from 4/29-5/28. They said it's their policy to charge for a full month and not prorate. But they are the ones who cancelled my service. Why am I paying for service for the dates 5/11-5/28 for something they stopped providing?
