I am going to make it my mission to make sure as many people, considering using this company see as…read moremany reviews as I can put out their warning them not to do so. My nightmare started last year when I allowed this company to install my windows and the failure over and over again to complete the job and refusal to do final and so on and so forth, but it didn't end there. About a month ago, I decided to replace all of my siding on my house the very first day out, he contacted me immediately and ask who in the world put in my windows, and I told him ikon doors and windows He then told me he was sorry to say that my windows were not installed properly at all and then I better get a hold of the company and let them know. I told him based on the terrible service I was given last year, I highly doubt it they would do anything. The next day I reached out and Dom Robin contacted me and told me he would come out and take a look he did acknowledge that same day that the windows needed to be installed properly with no apology really not that that would have helped meanwhile, my contractor showed me that my windows weren't even bolted into anything and if we've had a hurricane, my windows would've just sucked out my probably would've imploded as a result. Dom told me they would make it right and good review for me because he remembered the bad I had to give them the previous year. I told him I would believe it when I saw a different result, but I didn't when they reinstalled the windows correctly. This time it was before showing up late, not showing up when they were supposed to, and they did extensive drywall damage to the interior not telling me to expect that but even worse, just leaving the job saying they were done that day for me to come home and find all this drywall damage on the interior. When I contacted Dom about this, he told me my exterior siding contractor was going to repair it??? I had to remind him that my contractor did not work for was not higher for this and not hired to make repairs to the damage they created this past Friday he sent someone out here to do the drywall and usual a completely lousy person could not even be bothered to put plastic up, so it did not get all over everything and that I paid a fortune to be repainted last year and the other walls that I also paid all to be repainted last year after the windows were put in the first time. There is drywall texture all over everything caked all over the on the on the glass all over my ceilings. I have spent hours already cleaning it, and I have barely made a dent. All because they couldn't take five seconds to hang up a piece of plastic and protect the area around it absolutely shameful. Not to mention the very first day Dom sent person who was supposed to be so attention to detail Michael to make and the first Michael cracked my marble windowsill in my kitchen and the first day he assured me he would immediately be able to replace what I still have a cracked marble windowsill in my they will never repair. This company is absolutely pitiful and now the second time around they just the caulk on all around my windows. Didn't even do that neatly at least they did that the first time it's all sloppy and messy and all along the edge just a freaking nightmare. I will continue my mission to report this company to the Better Business Bureau to my safe Florida homes and as many other ways that I can review them so other people do not use this company! You will regret it! They have cost me hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of additional dollars

Well my nightmare started in April of this year. Once the contract left the sales representative…read morethere was no communication at all from the office. I had to call many times to get updates on when the windows would be installed and finally at the end of July the windows were installed, Not all because I had to get a fire rated window in the kitchen, So the install I do believe took 3 days (its been such a nightmare I cannot remember) . After the work was done I went around to get a close look I made a list of things that were not to my satisfaction and contacted the office and the Project manager Dom. Finally got tired of waiting for a response maybe 5 days not sure at this point I went to the Office to speak to the owner Josh in August . Explained everything to him and I do believe I had someone address the issues the following week. Now the kitchen window was installed October 13th after being ordered in April I understood it was going to take time But again NO communication on the window status unless I called the office. When the tech installed the window I asked about the screen and when was he putting it in, "I'm sorry there was no screen in the box". Are you kidding me no one opened the box in the warehouse to make sure everything was in the box or better still to make sure it wasn't cracked. Well the inspection was October 16th and the window FAILED no screen, cracked caulking, and very hard to open. Well its October 22nd and no one from the office has contacted me . DO NOT RECOMMEND this company Update October 28,2024 By the way I am in Melbourne FL not CA So my horrible experience continues Now that my kitchen window failed inspection the company is now telling me that the window does NOT come with a screen. WHAT I never heard of such a thing . They are going to make a screen for my window Let me just say this window because of the fire rated was over 9k for a 36 x36 . I am now looking for an attorney to help me with this matter .

My electric bill is $85 for a 2500ft home now. My experience with Ecoview has been wonderful! Our installers were SPECTACULAR. So professional. Bagged every window to minimize construction dust in my home. Vacuumed. They installed thoroughly using the correct long screws and spray foam around every window, then trim and caulk. Didn't damage any of my stucco or drywall. My windows all work great and sit squarely. No complaints at ALL about the installation or quality. Ecoview was my lowest quote for my impact windows but had the best warranty which is why I went with them. At first, the price made me nervous but now I'm so glad I didn't waste extra money with another company. The only feedback I have is that the original estimator (owners son I believe) was young and made some unprofessional comments while he was at my house. He commented about my mattress being on the floor in my room (none of his business but I was clearly moving in- I had boxes everywhere!). I also had to call to check on the status of my windows and called again to schedule. No issues there but be sure to check on things yourself if you want them done quickly! Carlos, the owner, has been spectacular. He came out to my house and met with me before I ordered. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, not sales-y. Really had a wonderful experience working with them. Still waiting on my inspections because one window was delivered to Ecoview damaged and has to be replaced- totally understandable! Once the inspection is done, the screw holes in the photos will be covered by a trim piece. Now that Dorian is approaching, I'm relaxing while my neighbors are boarding windows! BUY THE IMPACTS!!

From start to finish, Elevation Windows and Doors delivered exactly what was promised. Jesse set the tone early on with clear communication and zero pressure, and that same professionalism carried all the way through the project. I especially want to recognize Chris for his hard work during the install. He did a fantastic job -- meticulous, efficient, and respectful of my home the entire time. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. The installation was smooth, the workmanship is excellent, and everything looks great. It's rare these days for a company to follow through on every detail, but this team did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elevation Windows and Doors to anyone looking for quality work and solid people to work with. Five stars all the way.

As a longtime DeLand resident who's weathered more than a few Florida hurricane seasons, I recently…read moredecided it was time to upgrade my home with proper protection. After researching local options, I chose Elevation Windows and Doors (located right here in DeLand at 875 Lakeview Dr), and I couldn't be happier with the decision--truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. I went with their high-efficiency, ultra-quiet, storm-resistant impact windows, specifically PGT WinGuard models that are built right here in Florida for our tough conditions. These windows are engineered to withstand Category 5 hurricane-force winds and flying debris, so I no longer have to scramble putting up shutters every time a storm approaches. The impact-resistant glass provides year-round security and peace of mind, especially living in Volusia County where hurricanes are a real threat. What impressed me most was how incredibly energy-efficient they are--my AC runs noticeably less, and my electric bills have already started dropping even in the peak summer heat. The ultra-quiet feature is a game-changer too; road noise, lawnmowers, and even heavy rain are dramatically reduced. The house feels calmer, cooler, and more insulated overall. No more rattling old single-pane windows letting in heat, noise, and drafts. The entire process with Elevation was seamless and professional. Their team (Jesse and the crew stood out for being incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and straightforward) came out quickly for a detailed in-home consultation, provided a clear, competitive quote with no hidden fees, and explained every aspect of the products and installation. They handled permitting, scheduling around my availability, and the actual install was fast, clean, and precise--minimal disruption to my daily routine. The technicians were meticulous, ensuring perfect fits, proper sealing, and thorough cleanup afterward. They even walked me through how to care for the new windows and demonstrated the smooth, quiet operation. Communication was excellent throughout--prompt responses, updates on timelines, and follow-up after completion to make sure everything was perfect. In a world where home improvement projects can sometimes go sideways, Elevation made it stress-free and delivered exactly what was promised (and more). If you're in DeLand or Central Florida and considering impact windows for hurricane protection, energy savings, and noise reduction, look no further than Elevation Windows and Doors. They've earned my highest recommendation--professional, affordable strength you can trust, built for Florida. My home feels safer, quieter, and more efficient heading into hurricane season. Thank you, Elevation team--you've got a customer for life! Call them at (407) 837-3483 or check out their site for a free quote. 1websitenow , 1computeroutlet

I strongly urge anyone considering Neighborhood Windows & Doors to choose a different provider…read more Windows and doors are a major investment, and many companies offer similar products. What truly differentiates them is customer support; specifically, how problems are handled when something goes wrong. In my experience with Neighborhood Windows & Doors, that support was severely lacking. From poor stucco work to broken window components (images attached), the project was plagued by issues. Some damage was addressed, such as the five windowsills and shower marble/tiles that they broke. Still, I incurred out-of-pocket costs, including $200 paid directly to the installer and $400 for replacement marble. They also broke new shower tiles while fixing the original damage (this remains broken to this day). The stucco problems were particularly concerning. After two unsuccessful attempts to repair the damage (image attached), the company ultimately paid my preferred contractor to intervene. Even though the new contractor tried their best, the stucco still looks slightly different from the rest of the house. I also incurred $600 in additional costs to repaint the exterior walls following two repair attempts ($300 per attempt). Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. The issues extend beyond visible defects and into areas that only become apparent during a remodel. After renovating my home this month, my new contractor found no insulation underneath the downstairs windows (images with sunlight coming in below). My new contractors stated that the quality of work does not align with what would reasonably be expected for an installation at this price point. To their credit, Neighborhood Windows & Doors offered to fix this, but after their prior failures to repair unacceptable stucco work, I was not willing to risk further repairs. Instead, I paid my new contractor to add insulation underneath and on the sides of the windows, as they advised. Based on my experience and the additional costs required to correct these issues, there are many other companies that offer far greater respect for your home and your money. If you have already hired them, I recommend inspecting your windows carefully, especially the hidden areas.
