If I ever need any electric work at my home again, I will use Peays and ask for them! Highly recommend

We made the appointment on 1/5 to have them here on 1/13 between 1 and 2PM. No one ever showed up. Called and we were told "oh we thought it was NEXT Friday". So we rescheduled for today, 1/16 since we were both off work for the holiday. The electricians came out and said "oh we don't have the parts to do the installation since you need four adapters for the fixture cups". They said they'd need to order the parts & rescheduled for this Friday, 1/20. At this point we called and cancelled. Don't want to chance on being stood up again OR have a half-assed installation. At NO point did they try to make things right in the form of a discount, just a half-hearted "sorry, maybe next time". Do NOT go with these people unless you want a lot of aggravation included in the price.

While the work itself was acceptable, the behavior of one of the young men on the job site was absolutely unacceptable. I believe his name was Michael (no one properly introduced themselves, which already felt unprofessional). At one point, I personally observed him vaping on the job site. I did not feel comfortable confronting him directly, as I was alone in my home, but I was extremely disturbed. This is a workplace -- not a lounge. Additionally, the language used by him and one of the other boys was completely inappropriate. There was frequent cursing and slang that I would not expect from professionals representing a company inside a client's home. It made the entire environment feel uncomfortable and frankly disrespectful. When you hire a company, you expect a certain level of professionalism and decorum. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue because clients should not have to feel uneasy in their own homes. Very disappointed.

Tony was very responsive to my needs and listened to me about what I was looking for. We discussed several options, pricing, and expectations before settling on a MoCA network - something I wasn't even aware existed until he brought it up. Since I had already cut the cord from Spectrum, had existing coaxial wiring, had installed a HDTV antenna in the attic, and my home was a 2-story home, it made the most sense. I did some research and hooked the antenna up to an Amazon Fire Recast to free up more coaxial connections for later MoCA use. Tony provided some equipment options but recommended we use my existing wireless routers before spending more money - awesome news to hear! His installer, Eric, arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. Eric even worked to make the system a clean looking install and made a new connection closer to one of the desks for us. We did have one adapter fail after a few days (defective unit) but Tony brought out the new adapter personally and stayed to ensure it worked correctly. The price was reasonable and the results are exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely call Tony back for any of my future home entertainment needs!
