They pulled up my account and said I shouldn't have received a bill, ignore it. Go up to the Astor house on Friday evening of August 7th with the whole family. No internet service. Checked the pole out front and cable is still connected. Called FL cable and was told the earliest they could have someone out be the following Mon or Tues. What's the point of having cable for weekend visits if they can't service it on the weekend when it goes out? We packed up the next morning and came home. I left the modem on the back porch so the installer can pick up after I call them on Monday to tell them to disconnect the cable. Out $106 for internet cable service that I never got to use.
