I truly appreciate that. Stopped in recently and witnessed a very nasty female customer berating the owner...owner had to use the restroom and being by herself, locked the door for 3 minutes. The woman beat on the door and screamed about how she waited 15 minutes...um no. I was in my car prior to my arrival. In any event the customer tried to verbally assault the owner - she handled it with grace and kindness, explaining herself. The woman stormed off to which the owner offered her a good day. ( the angry woman had one of those giant Jeeps parked in the fire lane out front). Definitely recommend! QUALITY**PROFESSIONAL. I don't use this facility to purchase cards or gifts, shipping only. I do know they have lottery.

Many times when I turn it on the brightness starts at an extremely low level and you can barely see anything except bubbles underneath the screen. When it isn't doing that, the brightness only goes down to about 3/4 the darkness it could before. My screen is either way too dark to see or so bright that it hurts my eyes. I wish I had just kept the cracked screen and would not recommend coming here for repairs. The worker was nice but my experience is overshadowed by the poor quality or the screen.
