I have used Brevard Technology Solutions 2 or 3 times since moving to Brevard County. I have always found them to be professional and friendly. I dealt with Ed on this occasion who helped me in their shop and he decided I needed a small item that was available on Amazon. I handed my phone to him, he found the item, I ordered it right there. Ed directed me what to do with it in the mere chance when it arrived, I would be able to correct the issue. He also said if he had to do it, it would be $40. He also downloaded a remote access app so I would not have to drive back to Merritt Island again. The first visit it was $0. I of course needed help a few days later, I called, we exchanged numbers so he could access the computer and in less than the time it would have taken me to back out of my driveway, he had it fixed!! Keith analyzes/monitors the server in my office on a regular basis, for at least several years now. Every time without fail, the service is professional and thorough, and Keith explains any issues that he finds and how he has corrected them. He always contacts us if has to change the time of his visit. Sometimes it's because another client is having a computer crisis, so I appreciate that the urgent need is handled. We have been on the receiving end of one of those emergency visits, so it's nice to know that he is flexible to handle those events. There are two of us in the office and when one laptop dies so suddenly, Keith at BTS was Johnny on the spot to help me work through the options that I had to get back up and running quickly. The shop was clean and the help was top notch, professional, and friendly. Even though Keith spent a fair amount of time troubleshooting my laptop to make sure the problem was fatal, he wouldn't accept any money for the effort. 3-26-2016 Knowing I was not going to do a HD clone myself I contacted BTS and was told to bring it in and we will take a look. Dropped off the computer with the new HD drive, was advised that it should be ready by Monday.
