I called them over a week ago and still no progress on getting the new Frigidare repaired. They put you off and don't follow up. They don't answer phone on weekends which gives you the impression they could care less about your problem. Unless you have no option call someone else. read more

5 Stars for Roth...Tech (Walter) came to the house...very friendly, knowledgeable and honest...fixed a freezer section problem on a large fridge and charged a fair (lower than I'd thought) price... Greg Roth told me he could repair my icemaker but wasn't Equiped to run a splitter on water line to connect two refrigerators which he told me could be done. wtf? right! not calling him again. read more

Ralf the technician is thorough and professional. He takes his time to make sure he has handled the call with due diligence. Poor customer service. They have your appliance/electronics, (in my case, literally several weeks. Yes there was a holiday in there, but still) . The received the part well before the holiday- (only because "I " had to keep calling their business for updates, and then I had to keep reaching out to the company who sent me there. They had the part last week, Monday or Tuesday (the exact day I'm not certain) and this whole week- and now- when I call- they are extremely rude. the "general manager" a male, is rude, interrupting, says he'll call back in 20 minutes (I can't WAIT). I want him to do that with my husband sitting there and see if he is still such a bully. They forget the customer is the one whose merchandise they have, just because it is warranty work. I do not care if they've been in business 30 minutes or 30 years, you don't treat customers as these people do. read more

We had our washing machine repaired by Roth Electronics. I recommend if you need a repair you might as well buy a new machine. It cost us $600 plus we wasted a whole day waiting for them to do the repair. They made no effort to help us get the cost of the parts covered by the warrantee. When I called LG they said it should have been covered by the warrantee but needed to have the technician call to order the part for it to be covered. $381 for half a day labor and $190 for parts that should have been covered. The technician did not seem to know what he was doing. Kept calling his manager and LG. NEVER AGAIN. read more

American Home Shield used Roth electronic when I had issues with both my dishwasher and stove. The first tech that came out ordered parts for my dishwasher. When Rick, our service guy from then on out, (who was very nice and professional), came to install the parts he found other issues and my dishwasher was eventually replaced. Rick was also the service tech on my stove. It took a few service calls for my stove to be completed. The only issue I had was waiting on parts. Not sure if it was because of Covid but repairs were delayed because of parts being on order on both of my appliances. read more

The compressor in our refrigerator went bad under warranty. Unfortunately LG left us pretty much on our own to find someone because they didn't have anyone in our area. These guys immediately ordered the part and came out as soon as it arrived and fix the refrigerator in about an hour. They were on time, professional and explained the situation thoroughly. read more

Greg- The "manager" is incredibly rude and has no clue how to run a customer service based business. This company takes your money with promise to "call back to schedule an appointment" whats funny is the appointments are almost 2 weeks out and they REFUSE to give you any dates or even times that an appointment could be scheduled. Basically was told to sit home from work if I wanted to make sure I got service. I would save yourself the hassle and the time of dealing with a company with only ONE certified technician. They clearly cant run their business from the interior or the exterior. BEWARE USE SOMEONE ELSE! read more

POOR SERVICE. The repairman failed to either look under of behind my refrigerator to find source of loud vibration. While he was here, it automatically went into recycle mode and shut off and thus no noise. Ten minutes after he left the loud vibration was back. I had to email the service manager with photos of the problem which the repairman had to return the following day to correct. The repairman did not seem to have any experience with refrigerators!!!! read more

At first I was a little concerned as LG set up a warranty appointment for last week but then was told by Roth that I would need to wait for some time before a manager could approve the repair. Waiting is no big deal as we have been battling with our new LG Dryer since June when we bought it at Lowes. The only way we could use the dryer was by putting it on the manual dry cycle because we would always get the FLOW sensor. The technician came out to replace the faulty sensor today and I am amazed that I waited so long to contact Roth and LG for the warranty repair as the dryer is now operating as it is intended to on a normal cycle! It's the simple things that matter most I suppose! Thank you Roth Electronics for bringing our dryer to life after 6 months of error codes and long drying times! read more

Without a doubt, Roth's Electronics, has earned 5 stars from us. Our 41/2 year old LG refrigerator stopped cooling. (Nightmare!) The certified repairman was quite professional, identifying the problems. As it turned out, a needed part was no longer available from LG, so, Greg, the service manager, walked me through what the process would be to contact LG. Awaiting final word from LG; however, seems as if we'll be getting a new refrigerator! Our sincere thanks to Roth's! read more

Greg and his staff are amazing. My LG TV had intermittent black outs so it took a lot of patience and determination to see the problem. I took it in the shop and they watched it for days so they could diagnose the problem. Greg stuck with it and I'm so thankful. He worked with the LG technicians to find a solution. If this is who Lowe's service contacts for a warranty repair, tell them NO! When we were first contacted by Roth for our fridge repair, we were told they did not know when they could send someone! Always ask Lowe's for someone else. LG came through when Roth could not. LG service called got some information, overnighted the required parts and came the next day to install and repair! read more

Extremely poor customer service! Unless you want to do them a favor by giving them your money to treat you badly, don't bother. I had a service contract on my portable a/c. After filing a claim, and setting up an appointment to come to my house, they called me on the day of the appointment and asked me to bring to in cause it'd be easier for them. I brought it in a few days later. It took them 3 weeks to fix t. I couldn't even get a phone call with an update, had to call and demand one. Then they supposedly called me when it was ready, uh no, so it say there another four days. When I asked it it would have taken as long if I'd have kept the appointment at my house the cashier told me she want going to have me berate her and k could speak to the service manager who was conveniently unavailable. Well, instead of speaking to him I'll just berate their potential customers and share my pisspoor experience. I'll drive to vero or cocoa to get t fixed next time! read more
