If I could give a Zero I would: Store was very messy with products all over the floor. No Prices on any accessories , just have to negotiate your price which seems very unprofessional. When I came in to give back a product for a refund the guy said no refunds or exchanges. Even though it doesn't say this on the receipt. Overall very bad customer service and experience. After a bit of arguing, he finally said he would give me store credit but refused to print my receipt since his receipt printer wasn't working. I asked how he would know I got store credit and he said he would just remember. I took a phone in there today that had received water damage and then would not turn on. After leaving it on the charger for about 2 minutes he told me that he wasn't going to repair it. I explained to him that I was sent to him because it was required by the insurance company and asked if I could get something in writing stating it was not repairable because I knew that's what they would require. He told me he would do that for 20 bucks. It meant was more to the liking of "for 20 bucks I'll put whatever you want on letterhead" I told him that I would let him know and follow up with an insurance company who told me they don't allow him under their contract to charge for this document and attempted to contact him to ask why he asked for money. Of course he never responded to their emails and phone calls and voicemails. That's a pretty shady way of doing business but judging by his bare walls and randomly placed antiquated iPhone cases discounted and then discounted over again I'm going to assume hes struggling. I'm excited to see what new business will replace him soon. read more

Apple watch battery low. They fixed the battery but broke the led screen. Fixed the screen but did not seal it properly. First time in water and the watch got water in it and no longer works. Did not offer refund and would not refund because they are not responsible for water damage even though there was no water damage when I brought it to them for the battery replacement only after they replaced the LED screen which they broke. Now I have no watch for a trade in and the best they can do is say sorry. This is not the individual's fault who waited on me but the owner. Out $116 and zero for a trade in for a new watch. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The "owner" sold me a replacement screen for my pixel. Screen was replaced and the thumb print sensor did not work with the new screen. I contacted the store multiple times with no response except it was a known issue they failed to share before I made the purchase. I contacted BBB to file a report and the response was to visit the store for a full refund. Took my son's iPhone SE in for a cracked screen yesterday. I had the screen replaced and a protective glass installed. It took less than 20 minutes and was a very positive experience. My son wanted to watch him take it apart and put it together. He was so kind. He stopped halfway and walked through all the internal phone components, patiently explaining everything inside. He pointed out each component and explained what it does. It was also the best price for this service, others get $20 more. Went in to have a couple iPhone screens replaced and the service was top notch and quick. Also gave a military discount.

I brought my iPad to be fixed at the beginning of October. I was told it had to be sent out and it would be two weeks. Three weeks went by with no iPad. I called and was told that whoever told me that was wrong that it takes 4-6 weeks. I was also told that they have no way to contact the people they ship the devices off to in order to be fixed. He would call the manager and call me back. Never received a call. At week six with still no device, I go into the store. At that point I am told they can't contact the place they sent it to again but he will call the supervisor. Miraculously the supervisor says he just got an email that day that said my device was fixed and on its way back. (An email from people they can't contact mind you) I was told I would have it back by the end of the week. Enter week seven with no device. I call yet again and they have no packages. I am again told they would call the district manager and find out what is going on as 7 weeks is unacceptable. I was told I would get a call back. Shocker, no call back. This was my first experience with this company. I strongly recommend shopping around and not going here, especially if they have to send your device out. I am ready to report my device stolen as no one from this store could tell me where it was or when/if I am getting it back. For all I know it's been pawned. I'm also going to call my credit card company and report the up front payment I had to make for them to fix it. The Better Business Bureau will be informed as well. This has been a horrific experience. I will never use this place again. read more

I went in with an Airpad Air with a bad charging port. It would not even be looked at by the Apple store and another repair place that I had good luck with before on a iphone 7+ LCD screen replacement gave me a price of around $150 IF they cold fix it, no guarantees. Took it to IFixit, the tech said he thought he couid fix it, give him 15 minutes and a very reasonable charge if he could fix it and no charge if not fixed. HE HAD FIXED IT AND SAVED BUYING NEW IPAD. I WILL DEFINITELY USE FOR ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS. Very friendly, amiable and courteous tech who made it work. read more

If zero stars were possible this place would get it. Took my phone to this place trying to save myself a trip to orlando thinking what do I got to lose. Turns out I had everything to lose. They took in my phone and replaced the shattered screen with a Defective screen. took it back the next day and they put on another screen just to find out the messed up the vibrator on the phone. Took it back again and they had to order a part. I dont think I'm even bringing it back for them to replace it. not worth the time or stress. And to boot, the new screen still has problems. Wouldn't recommend this place you fix your phone! The guy working there isn't the "tech" and has no idea what he is doing! It took forever for him to replace the screen on my phone HOURS and when I got it back the casing of the phone was scratched to hell! If I had to go to Apple for something, it's hella noticeable that my phone has been worked on! Another guy was in pickup up his phone and he has glue all on the case of the phone itself. I'm not sure about the other locations, but this one in Viera is a no go! They need to fire that guy, put him in training or they will lose more business! I won't be back! read more

Robert did a great job fixing my IPhone. It was ready in less than an hour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I brought my Android phone for a repair. I was told it would take 7-10 days because it was a special order. I paid up front and waited for my phone. I made many calls to the office, many of which were voicemails and only 1 call was returned. I left voicemails at their Corporate offices which were not returned. It took them 21 days to return my phone and that was only after I went there and demanded my phone and a refund. I got my phone and it is working, but they lost my phone case. I escalated at the store, who called the Regional Manager who couldn't be bothered to get on the phone with me. Basically telling me the phone didn't have a case when they got it. And the Regional Manager was the one that took the phone. I escalated to the District Manager's boss. He said he would look into it and get back to me and he never bothered to call me back, and it has been a week. If you are looking for a phone repair, go elsewhere. This interaction was a customer service nightmare and being ignored made a bad situation worse. read more

Disappointed. We have used this store several times and usually don't have an issue. The staff is nice and seems knowledgeable. We dropped off a phone in October to have the backlight fixed. It is now March and after numerous calls and stopping in we still haven't received the phone. The new regional manager pulled the phone up and it showed that it had been delivered to the store but they have no idea where it is. We were told that they would be replacing the phone since they lost it. We asked for the owner's email and after emailing we still haven't been responded to. We were told that the matter was sent to corporate but still nothing. I feel like they are giving us the run around hoping we will go away. It is sad that an owner has that little interest in resolving issues for their customers. read more

Three months nightmare and counting Base on other reviews, if you have an iphone, you can take a chance, else, here what is ongoing with my Sony xperia tablet. Mid may, i paid the full reparation price to change the glass. No way, to paid half of the price now and the second half once done. Anounced delay was 5 days. Early, Jully, I pass by the shop and learn that my special order was arrived. I'm told to pick my tablet back the day after. Not ready the day after, but it will be ready tomorrow.... Unfortunatly, they broke the screen of my tablet. I was told that they will replace it with no charge... It was 2 months ago! ( can you imagine to live without your tablet for 2 months... Try it ;) ) The real issue, is that in 3 months, I never got a single phone call or voice mail. * One of my phone call, got cut off, just after i give my name. Following calls went to the voice mail, without getting any call back. I was told that their lines were down... * Two eamails sent. No response, but I got the confirmation that they received them. * Ten visit to ifix store... and counting. I have invested much more time in that 'profesional' repaire joke, than if I had googled my issue and replacing the glass myself ( result can't be worst). Never do bussiness when asked to pay 100% up front. I'm discovery more and more how much that business is failing (no IT behind, only the manager know about that misterious screen replacement order... But no tracking available). DO NOT GO HERE: My partner took my iPhone 7 with a cracked screen to be repaired as a present for Christmas. My screen has been cracked since August but there was nothing wrong with the phone. They fixed my cracked screen but completely messed up the touch so my phone no longer recognizes my touch. I took my phone back the next day at noon and I waited for it all day in Viera since I live in Merritt Island. At 9pm when the store closed they gave me back my phone and gave me a refund and put the cracked screen back on. In total I made 5 trips to IFix and they spent 15 hours with my phone to only leave my phone off worse than when I gave it to them. This was completely horrible customer service and I hope it does not happen to anyone else. read more

Went in to get a Otter Box, It was defective, i brought it back and they switched it out, the second one they gave me was also defective, so i went back again to just get my money back and it turns out that they don't do refunds (witch is stupid for a $50 otter box) so i asked to switch it out, he hands me the same one i just brought back that was still defective (i could tell it was the same one because it had the same paper taped on the back) so i told him that it was the same one i just returned, he replied ya but this is the only one we have left, (so he admitted it being the same one) i pointed out 2 moor on the shelf and said i would take a different color, but he said that it hast to be a the same color. he then sent me on my way with a defective item that i payed full price for. i recommend going anywhere other than here to get anything. read more
