I got my iPhone battery replaced there, they did a great job including put on a tempered glass over my screen. After getting a sandwich at publix, I was able to pick up my phone, it looked like a brand new phone. They cleaned it all up, makes me feel bad that I took it in dirty Low cost and great workmen ship . .... what more could you ask for ! read more

I had shattered the back of my iPhone and Claudio fixed it and it is beautiful again. Make sure you schedule service ahead of time because it is not a quick process. read more

Rude and arrogant from the very beginning. I thought maybe the first conversation they were just having a bad day. After the second conversation I knew I wouldn't touch these people with a 10 foot pole. I would rather do without my cell phone. read more

This is my second screen protector installed by Claudio. They work! About a year ago I dropped my phone and destroyed my screen and had to pay the hefty cost to replace it. Claudio did a great job then. I recently got a new phone and went and had him put screen protectors on my new phone. I also had him put protectors on my daughters and my husbands phone. Well worth the upfront cost. Last week I dropped my phone. No damage to the screen as the protector did its job. I purchased the lifetime replacement option protector and was able to get my screen protector replaced for $5. Quick, easy no issues! The store is clean, plenty of seats and the staff are very nice. I definitely recommend them. read more

Accidentally dropped my phone in the pool and my screen eventually went black. Tried a different phone repair business first and they said it'd take at least 2 days for liquid cleaning. Came here and my phone was fixed within a couple hours. Friendly service and reliable. read more

This place is amazing. Claudio was so nice and helpful, and he's incredibly knowledgeable in tech. He fixed my phone screen quick, and it looks great. I looked all over the county for prices, and he competed incredibly well. I will absolutely recommend this phone repair business to my friends. read more

So very friendly. Great gimmick for business too. He did a good job of fixing the screen but my home button was broken and he didn't fix. I was leaving for Spain the next day so I didn't have time to leave a second time. Us regular folk don't know that the home button is different than the screen (assumed it was all one piece) so the educated pro should let us know what we really need. His cases are NOT like otter boxes. (You get what you pay for). read more

Rude...won't go there again. Kept me waiting outside before unlocking the door. Didn't have the battery in stock and flippantly told me to wait 3 days while he might get it in. I went right down the street. Nonsense! I will not go back to this place nor will I recommend it. read more

First time I went Claudio was friendly, had me leave a broken phone to assess whether he could fix it. He called me back quickly and gave me an honest response that fixing the phone was not worth the cost because it would be cheaper to replace. Recently, upon my second visit, I had a new screen that wasnt working correctly. Claudio said he would give me a diagnosis and opened the phone. He seemed confident that he could fix the issue and told me that it would either be $40 to reconnect the wires or cost $100 for a new screen. I knew that the screen was brand new and said I would just take the phone with me. He tried to charge me $35 do opening the phone. So either he had forgotten to charge me the first time, or he had forgotten to tell me that the diagnostic had a cost before opening the phone. He didn't have me sign anything to open the phone or tell me there was a fee up front. When I told him that I didn't find the sneak charge professional he came at me personally, asking me about my business and insulting my character. Went down the street a block or two and had great service from another company that didn't charge me for a diagnostic. Would never go back. Worst customer service in Merritt Island. I'm giving him a 2 instead of a 1star because of that first visit. read more

I dropped my OnePlus 3 in the water while kayaking (genius move...leave your phone at home!) and brought it to Claudio at Phone Medics. He did an awesome job and I'm looking good as new. They answer the phone, give you a clear timeline, and give you clear expectations of what they can and can't do. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Claudio read more

This place is a joke. I went in with a cracked and not working black screen. Took a week and 2 days to call me back. I went home and it started glitching and moving by itself and wouldnt stop unless i turned it off. I thought it was loose wiring but then . THE ENTIRE SCREEN FELL OFF!! Completely just fell off the phone. I went back to inform him just for him to "fix" it again. Caludio said to call if there was any issues and within a week it started glitching again and the screen fell off again!!!! But this time the wiring in the phone tore. and snapped off. Basically i ended up with an even more broken phone from when i brought it in the first time. Claudio you suck and your place is bullshit, how about instead wasting all the companies money on a stupid vehicle that doesnt even move and is rusted as a bitch with piss bottles under it how bout acctually putting money into better tools because you cant fix a phone for shit there was glue caked inside my phone. Like dude i gave you over 90$ to fix it . WHAT A SCAM!!! Yall are a joke. I had to buy a brand new phone because y'all fucked me over for my good ass phone. read more

I saw the reviews and went here to get my screen fixed. The first time my phone came out fast and perfect. The second time I dropped my phone off was told 45 minutes. So I went to Publix and got some groceries. Was back in an hour and was told 45 MORE minutes. No big deal I thought. Picked my phone up and used it (I've never had an issue with my phone before). My phone was going crazy. Pushing random buttons when I wasn't pressing them. I didn't think they had messed my phone up until I went so!ewhere else to get it foxed and they told me the screen wasn't put on properly. So 90 dollars was wasted because they didn't do their job correctly. read more

I went to ATT Company Store to have assistance with my Samsung cell phone due to not being able to power up. ATT does not do not do diagnosis of their phones any more due to the "flu 19" They sent me to a cell phone repair shop up the road on Merritt Island where i may get assistance. Three stops later in the Merritt Island, Fla. area i was finally at Phone Medics. Kalill assisted me at the front desk. Diagnosed my phone, said the battery was fine, but needed a new screen. Quoted me a price, took all my info, and advised me that they would contact me. Received an email, immediately from them concerning my account. Less then 24 hours later was contacted by Claudio and advised my phone was ready for pick up. Kalill was at the front desk, paid my bill, and walked out a happy and contented customer. All of the repair shops i went to that day. None were as professional, courteous, professional, etc. as Phone Meds staff. Place looks professional and you get the feeling from the decor and staff that these people know their "shi " Happily writing this review because the experience was outstanding. read more
