    My woman wrote this and went in on December 17th:…read more "I went to go to the store to get my phone fixed The store manager/owner at the store personally took my case and said that there was something wrong with my battery. I said ok how much would it be? and he told me the price which was $99. I paid him the price and came back the next day to get my phone. During the process of him fixing my phone he cracked my screen. He apologized and said he would fix it for free ( which i understood completely by the way. i know things happen) but he told me I would have to pay an additional $16( which turned out to be around $24 with tax) for the screen replacement but the labor would be free. i said ok and he "fixed" the screen HOWEVER as soon as i left the store I was still having problems with my battery. I called him right away ( about 10-15 minutes later) he told me that it is ok and that there was something wrong with my charging port too( which I thought was strange because why didnt he tell me that when I brought phone in, right?) but he said I could fix that at a later date i said "ok" THEN about a week or so later, My ENTIRE SCREEN goes black and I cannot use my phone, as well as having the battery issues i had from before. I entered the store AGAIN. I was out of town when this happened and as you may know this can be very dangerous traveling/being on vacation without a way to communicate with anyone. I was STILL trying to be understanding so I came into the store after my vacation, and politely asked for a refund because my screen was broken, my battery wasnt working AND for the inconvenience of having me come back and forth to see him and having no telephone. He said and i quote "I did the service for you maam we do not do refunds" I couldn't believe what I was hearing, he may have "done the service" but this "service" left me with a HUGE NEW phone bill to pay as well as so many inconveniences AND STILL LEFT ME WITH THE SAME PROBLEM I HAD BEFORE I WENT IN AND THEN SOME. but yet he was NOT understandable and REFUSED to give me a refund. He said there was a warranty on it and he could fix the screen still and THEN he ADMITTED to giving me a faulty battery instead of the apple battery and thats why my screen went black. I said "ok" I then saw one of his posters for yelp about a review which I am typing up for you to read as we speak, BE WARNED."

I've had a Samsung Fold 3 but after a few years, the larger screen wouldn't work and the phone was just ridiculously heavy, which would be problematic on days I didn't wear a belt! We walked into the store to see about 7 or 8 people in there, including the employees. We were instantly greeted and approached by Madison. This was a huge improvement from the Melbourne store - they had no phones to look at, but none of the employees even looked up to acknowledge us, and we were the ONLY customers in there! Anyway, Madison sat us down and gathered what information she needed to verify things and had me paired up with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra in less than 20 minutes. Madison was friendly, energetic, tenacious, and very easy-going. I consider myself part of the new "old school" and so working at smartphone is not a problem; it's discussing phones that I get uptight about, so I came in with a wall up, but Madison's charismatic with and charming brought it down. AT&T has a fine employee, there. The phone needed an hour to transfer my content into the new phone, so we went next door for dinner. When we came back, the Madison handed over my new phone, switching it on so I could get a look and feel for it. It was perfect. I don't need a belt to hold it up.

But at the cost of my nice plan and add ons that the store employees always assisted me with until now.
