My woman wrote this and went in on December 17th: "I went to go to the store to get my phone fixed The store manager/owner at the store personally took my case and said that there was something wrong with my battery. I said ok how much would it be? and he told me the price which was $99. I paid him the price and came back the next day to get my phone. During the process of him fixing my phone he cracked my screen. He apologized and said he would fix it for free ( which i understood completely by the way. i know things happen) but he told me I would have to pay an additional $16( which turned out to be around $24 with tax) for the screen replacement but the labor would be free. i said ok and he "fixed" the screen HOWEVER as soon as i left the store I was still having problems with my battery. I called him right away ( about 10-15 minutes later) he told me that it is ok and that there was something wrong with my charging port too( which I thought was strange because why didnt he tell me that when I brought phone in, right?) but he said I could fix that at a later date i said "ok" THEN about a week or so later, My ENTIRE SCREEN goes black and I cannot use my phone, as well as having the battery issues i had from before. I entered the store AGAIN. I was out of town when this happened and as you may know this can be very dangerous traveling/being on vacation without a way to communicate with anyone. I was STILL trying to be understanding so I came into the store after my vacation, and politely asked for a refund because my screen was broken, my battery wasnt working AND for the inconvenience of having me come back and forth to see him and having no telephone. He said and i quote "I did the service for you maam we do not do refunds" I couldn't believe what I was hearing, he may have "done the service" but this "service" left me with a HUGE NEW phone bill to pay as well as so many inconveniences AND STILL LEFT ME WITH THE SAME PROBLEM I HAD BEFORE I WENT IN AND THEN SOME. but yet he was NOT understandable and REFUSED to give me a refund. He said there was a warranty on it and he could fix the screen still and THEN he ADMITTED to giving me a faulty battery instead of the apple battery and thats why my screen went black. I said "ok" I then saw one of his posters for yelp about a review which I am typing up for you to read as we speak, BE WARNED." read more

I took my Samsung S21 to this location because the back glass was no longer sticking closed. The technician said it was due to a swollen battery, so we ordered a replacement. I came back for visit #2 so he could replace the battery and re-seal the back glass. I left the rubber bands on it overnight to hold it closed. By morning, the back glass was separating from the body. On visit #3, the technician said he would try to seal it a second time. I added more rubber bands to hold the back glass. Within an hour, the seal was showing it was not working. On visit #4, the technician said the back glass was defective and don't bring the phone back any more. (This was the original OEM back glass.) I took the phone to another repair shop and paid to have the back glass re-sealed. It worked and stayed in place. So you can decide where the problem must have been. read more

I had multiple devices repaired and they did a excellent job and made sure I was happy

I bought and paid for a new charging port and speaker for my I phone 11. The speaker worked it just was fading so he said he would cut me a deal and fix both but he had to order the parts. Said he needed me to pay up front. Ok so I do that and come back the next day. He was able to fix the port but still didn't have the part for the speaker. This is all at the end of august. He said he would call me when the part comes in. So I get Covid and have to do my 10 day quarantine and I go back on September 11. He says I tried calling you and sent the part back. So I have to reorder and I'll call you. 4 days later after no call and him not being there the day before when I go up there he has my part. This is a Friday. And now I also have another problem. I dropped and cracked my screen. He says I can order you the screen and fix it for you for $95. I should have it tomorrow but if not Monday. I said I will be on vacation but I can come back the following Friday. I again paid the $95 and he goes to fix the speaker and breaks something and now my speaker don't work at all. He said he will order the part that isn't working free of charge and fix it all when I come back. I'm annoyed but pretty patient so I leave and go on vacation. Now here I am back and go in on friday and this man tells me he still hasn't received the parts and won't be in until Monday. I'm extremely mad now but said ok. So now it is Monday and I go there 2x and call and this dude is not there. I want my money back for everything!!! I will not do business here again and I will make sure everyone I know goes somewhere else. Such a horrible way to do business and it's sad it's been a month and still haven't gotten my phone fixed!!!! I finally spoke to the man and was told I couldn't get a refund because my part arrived. I explained I didn't want his service anymore and I would like my money back for the screen. He said he couldn't do it because they already purchased the screen and wouldn't give me the money back. So he needed my money to buy the screen and then it take almost 2 weeks to come in. So after expaining that it wasn't very professional to take my money and not do the service and give my money back that he would give me a free case and screen protector but no refund. So now I want everyone to know that the business is fraud and they will take your money and get to you when it is convienent for them. I do not do this to businesses but this is absolutely nonsense. I sent a friend here because I don't want to repair iPads and the such and I had used their store in the mall with good success. What a mistake!! I have five major complaints against this store. First they didn't do a proper checkout of the device coming in. Second they didn't do a proper checkout of the device going out. Third their worksmanship was amateur at best with not properly replacing the glue on the corner of the device. Forth when my friend went back to the store to complain the person who did the repairs didn't evaluate the problem, based on basic internet searches it seems a wire got disconnected that monitors the battery (common problem with screen repairs). Finally fifth when I went to the store to have a technical talk to see if my friend was exaggerating; I discovered the person manning the store was not qualified to repair devices. If you value your time and money take your device elsewhere as they can't be trusted. read more

I took my tablet here for screen repair and had to bring it back once I picked it up, because nothing on the screen would work! Fast forward a few months and my tablet started ghosting. I took it in and showed them the problem, I had recorded what was happening on my phone, he said you have an update and that's probably the problem. I went back that evening stating I updated and still have the problem. The guy didn't even get up to acknowledge me and continued to work on what he was doing and said come back tomorrow when the person you talked to is here. I was livid, he could have held on to it for the guy to work on it tomorrow, but he couldn't be bothered. Don't waste your time at this location, the one on new haven are much better! read more
