They did tell me this would happen before I brought my phone in and to make sure the phone was backed up, but when I took it to the phone company to help me activate my phone, they told me that a factory reset was not necessary. I also heard this from 2 other people. One of the people said her bf got the back of his phone fixed at the Viera location and it was not factory reset. So there was one inconvenient piece. He showed me a computer that was in the price range that I was going to pay except it didn't have a battery that worked. Did not tell me that it was a $40 battery, he did tell me that it was slow on start up but that was only half the story. He didn't tell me that it was the slowest downloading page changing computer that I've ever had the misfortune of coming across computer screen went black took minute upon minute even with 5 Wi-fi connection. Called him numerous times about my dissatisfaction with my purchase. He had previously told to come into the store any time. I was there on business in Florida. Try to get to the store he was closed. He never returned by calls, never responded to my text, Never responded to my voice messages. When I got back to California, I box the computer up and send it back to him and ask the credit card company to issue me a credit. This guy knows How to mix truth with lies to get his way with the credit card companies. Credit card company asked me for my original invoice, That invoice is in Florida which I could not axis because I'm in California.
