UPDATE: changing to three stars for the owners kind and professional response. This is all so confusing 2 stars bc they fixed my phone and it looks great, but they factory reset my phone. They did tell me this would happen before I brought my phone in and to make sure the phone was backed up, but when I took it to the phone company to help me activate my phone, they told me that a factory reset was not necessary. I also heard this from 2 other people. One of the people said her bf got the back of his phone fixed at the Viera location and it was not factory reset. So there was one inconvenient piece. Now I am unable to log into my gmail account and have to contact google for help. I'm redownloading all my apps, etc. A huge hassle for something that did not really need to happen. read more

We went with a serious Iphone 13Maxpro problem that was mostly our doing. They were very professional and best of all they actually had parts. All the servicing is done on premises. They are authorized by Apple. The resolution to our problem was solved in a minimum amount of time. We were very grateful to their expertise and tenacity in getting our phone fixed. I took my new MacBook Pro to Visual Dynamics (Melbourne location). My laptop was only a few months old. I had call Apple for help and also sent my laptop to Apple and they sent it back to me without doing anything to it. Along with numerous conversations with Apple service to no avail. I took my laptop to Visual Dynamics and they were able to fix the issue with no problem. I highly recommend Visual Dynamics. read more

in short do not go, service is horrible and no updates, they tell you 3 to 5 days and try to sell you that they are apple but they are not if you call apple you will be in the dark and you won't know about your phone until they decide it's prudent and the worst customer service by who I think is the owenr, stay away drive and enjoy the day. A great replacement for the Apple Store which is always booked for weeks out in Orlando. I have had my Apple Watch battery, iPhone battery, and now my MacBook Pro 2015 battery all replaced via the different Apple warranty programs and David Muszynski has always been helpful in making it a smooth experience. (Side note Apple needs to work on getting better battery suppliers but at least it's not a Galaxy Note issue) read more

I am not sure how Visual Dynamics is an Apple premier partner. After my experience with them yesterday, I will not return for any service. I felt I wasted three hours of my time, $50 in diagnostic fee, and gas when I had to go from the Viera store to the Indian harbor for nothing because they did not do what they promised. The Viera store had no technician, but the rep still asked me to leave the phone for two hours to run software diagnostics. When I went back to see if there was any hope with my phone, he said there was, but I needed to go to the other store (something they should have done internally, take the phone and transfer it to the other store). The promise was the Indian Harbor store would open my phone to see if there was any water damage; the phone was starting and responding to factory reset but got stuck on an update. I drove 30 minutes to the Indian harbor store, and the rep took my phone to the back, made a call to someone, and came back after 5 minutes saying I needed a replacement. I asked for what I was promised (to drop the phone so they could open it, but he said they ran a diagnostic (in five minutes, not two hours like the Viera store!), and the phone was not good. I was frustrated for wasting my time, especially the lack of respect for the customer who was promised something, and in the end, they just did not care. I even told him, "I drove 30 minutes from the Viera store because Emilio said you would open it here, and you will do nothing?" The guy did not care and kept repeating that I needed a full replacement. Later, I was told the owner, DJ was there as well; apparently, he did not care either. This is not good customer service, and I felt Viera Dynamics does not care about the client; they just take the money and look for the easiest way to finish the business with the client. This is not the level of customer service of an "Apple premier partner" in other places and they do not operate under good and ethical business care for clients. TLDR: GO TO THIS BUSINESS WITH CAUTION! There is a reason they have a 2-star rating at the time I write this review. The owner is unwilling to take accountability for any mistakes the business makes, and puts all the blame on the customers. The business, and especially the business owner, is never the one at fault. Just take a look at the other one-star ratings and his responses to them to see the pattern for yourself. They misdiagnosed my computer, erased all my data (but claim it was already gone so they didn't do it - lies, and I have witnesses to prove it), then miraculously got it all back (couldn't happen if their dianosis was correct), and in the process I was berated by both their technincian and especially the business owner, including being hung up on and called a scammer when I got understandably upset that they erased my data without my permission (if the business disagrees, I suggest you prove it by showing the proof ANYWHERE that I approved this in writing, phone calls, verbal, etc.) They are supposedly an Apple Premier partner - I submitted my experience to Apple who now has a pending case against them because they believe there are grounds for misdiagnosis as well and that it was handled poorly. I also continue to have computer issues, and although they claim they have a 90-day warranty on repairs they have not assisted me in fixing this but instead decide to gaslight me into thinking it isn't their responsibility. I have opened a case on BBB where you can witness the gaslighting and facts on the incident yourself. I have also provided documents there to verify my claims, and the business has not provided any evidence to support theirs. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! THEY GASLIGHT AND DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD! THE FACTS: On October 31, 2022 I brought my computer in for repair at Visual Dynamics. I explained the issue was that it would not charge, had lost battery power by the time I brought it in and wouldn't turn on. They diagnosed this as a logic board error, though two other shops previously diagnosed it as a charging port chip that should be repaired within logic board. On November 2, 2022 they called to tell me repairs were complete and my data was gone - I stated I was not made aware this would happen nor did I consent to it. The technician dismissed my questions about how it happened then abruptly hung up on me. I immediately called the owner, who said he would review his footage and audio recordings then call me back within 24 hours. He also explained the process that should have occurred, including educating me more about the repairs, and consenting to it in writing and/or via phone call verbally. I called him back to say I reviewed my phone records and documents and saw no legal disclaimers nor evidence of me approving data being wiped. He accused me of being a scammer and threatened a legal war. The next day they called and said they miraculously retrieved my data - something that should not be possible if their diagnosis of a logic board was accurate. I believe they (1) misdiagnosed my computer as a logic board issue when it was likely a charging port issue, which is double the cost in repairs and (2) were not willing to be accountable for this mistake and instead put the burden on me, the customer, and treated me poorly in the process by accusing me of being a scammer and generally dismissing my questions to get to the truth. I now continue to have issues with my computer, such as shutting off with a completely black screen at a high battery percentage (40% or more), fans constantly running and overheating, as well as short battery life. This did not exist before the repairs. read more

I recently went to Visual Dynamics on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indian Harbor Beach, Fl. to have my I- phone set back to factory settings. After 2 hours and $50 was told phone had possible water damage and something in hardware was not working so couldn't revert back to factory settings. Went to T-mobile corporate store to purchase a new phone. Customer Service representative wanted to check my phone first. Found no water damage or internal hardware problem. After 25 minutes and no charge phone was back to factory settings. feel I was ripped off. read more

~ Viera location~ Being born and raised in the area I always like to give my business to smaller local companies/businesses. I have tried these people numerous times and have absolutely given up. They truly don't care about your concerns or what type of positions your in with your devices. I have on occasion reserved okay service but it always felt like "crap, now we have to help some chump out." Last visit a girl sat and answered numerous text messages while "helping" me. We're a Mac family since 1988 and currently have five Macs in the family. The guys at Visual Dynamics keep our Macs alive. We buy the extended Apple warranty on our laptops since they tend to take more abuse, and we've never had a problem with them fulfilling the warranty. On my laptop that has passed the warranty date, they have repaired the monitor and replaced the battery with reasonable rates. Glad to have them in the area. read more

Recently we changed out 2 Iphone batteries and had a smooth, ontime transaction. We were able to get an appt slot in a few days and the phones were ready as promised. Next, I dropped off a 27 inch Mac that had slowed way down. Left it on a Saturday afternoon and by Monday afternoon I got the call saying it was ready. Malware removed and the hard drive tuned up and its running great. Again, service was quick, responsive and timely. It is great to have a local service option. Thanks read more

I have probably bought over $10,000 worth of computers and I-pads from them thru the last 10 years. I just bought 3 new I-pads the first week of December 2018 as prizes at our company Christmas party on Dec. 14, 2018.....another $2,000 spent there. One of the winners brought an I-pad to my office yesterday 1-2-19, as it has a black line across the screen that remains no matter what program is running. The line appeared the firs time it was powered up. Salesman looks at it and declares "that's interesting". He then says ....."I'll send it back to Apple for you". I said "WHAT...its brand new just out of the box, I think you need to give me another new I-pad." He informs me its their policy that once an item is bought they don't do anything more than send it back to Apple!!!! The discussion got rather heated. He got the manager and I was informed they're only ranked as some kind of Premier Apple vendor and aren't an Apple store per se........and of course there's nothing he can do (like reach in the cabinet and give me a replacement!!) Like I should give a damn.....I just gave you $$$$ 2 $$$$$ grand and now its like Visual Dynamics is now just a shipping service!!!! No responsibility for the product AT ALL!!! I told him he needs a sign on the door that says "WE'RE NOT REALLY AND APPLE STORE AND WE DON'T HONOR ANY PRODUCT WARRANTEE EXCEPT TO MAIL YOUR BROKEN BRAND NEW PRODUCT TO THE REAL APPLE PEOPLE" So now I wait to a phone call that my replacement has been received....I will Never - Ever purchase anything from this store again. Horrible Company. I try to support small businesses and local merchants, so I keep giving these guys another shot even though they keep disappointing me. The quality of their service is poor, they are slow and disorganized. Additionally, they mark up their products as much as 250% above what apple charges for things like software and accessories. One of the worst experiences ever.. When I mentioned to the manager of visual dynamics that his reviews on Yelp weren't that hot he said that they were fraud. I can assure you that this one is NOT. I dropped my phone off 7 days ago for a screen repair. When I called yesterday (6 days later) I was put on hold for half an hour before I hung up. Called back and asked for manager (Jay), he told me that Apple had my phone and that there was some internal error on Apple's end. And that the repair wasn't done. i asked him what he planned on doing to make this right he said he had done all he could do and that I should call apple myself. He was very defensive saying he had contacted Apple 18 times regarding this matter. He also asked if a new a Jonathan Turner. He said that this is odd, but my phone seemed to be linked to his name. No I don't. So i called apple. After talking with a senior advisor and someone in apple support, they said they had no record of any repair. They called visual dynamics to figure it out. Minutes later visual dynamics tech called me saying Apple was on the phone and my issues were being resolved. I asked if my phone was going to be shipped back to the store that day and he said no....come to find out my phone was still at their store. For 6 days my phone sat unrepaired. I have never experienced such incompetence, I feel like I was lied to repeatedly, and that the manager Jay did not take responsibility for any of this and did not do anything to help resolve this. Apple has said they were working with another costumer with the same bizarre situation currently...from the same location. Apple--you are being poorly represented! read more

I have owned and loved a lot of Macs, most of them a few years old because of the expense of a new one. In 2011 I decided I was going to get myself a state of the art brand new iMac. Visual Dynamics: They barely noticed I was in the store, maybe because I am not a spring chicken. Yet there were two salespersons chatting with one client. Finally I got the attention of one of them. He had no time for my questions, did not demo any computer, just got the box from the back and told me to come to the classes they give. He ensured me that he would inform me when there was an opening, because they were booked solid for a few months. Needless to say, that call never came. They rushed me out of the store with a $1500+ mid 2011 computer that (according to Apple Support which I had to contact a year or so ago) was supposed to have Lion as the operating system and 4 GB of RAM. Instead I was sold a computer that had Snow Leopard on it, and only had 2 GB of RAM. No wonder that by the time I was using El Capitan my computer was acting tired, and Sierra was so agonizingly slow that I had to revert back to El Capitan (which was not easy to do). Apple listed my computer as compatible with Sierra. I will have to buy a load of RAM to make my iMac run like it should. Another issue was that the salesperson did not tell me that Snow Leopard was dated, and that Lion would be free of charge for a limited time. Of course, when I found out it was too late. But I absolutely loved Snow Leopard, it ran like a dream; but I am not reviewing Apple products just a store that sells them. The arrogance and disdain I was shown at Visual Dynamics has left a sour taste in my mouth. It's going to be the Connecting Point from now on. And a warning to anybody who is thinking about getting a new computer: know what you are buying. read more

Brought iPhone in because of erratic touchscreen. Tech told me nothing could be done unless symptoms could be reproduced. I explained that Apple had a known touchscreen issue that was intermittent and they were replacing screens or modules. Tech then agreed and said he would send phone in for repair. Two days later, they emailed that phone didn't show issue and I should pick it up. I called Apple and was told that the iPhone was covered under their quality program and the touchscreen should have been repaired and agreed being intermittent was not an issue. AppleCare offered to mail me a box so I could send it direct to Apple for repair which I gladly accepted. I explained all this to Visual Dynamics and asked what they did to my phone. Instead of mailing it in for repair, he said they charged it and could not duplicate the touchscreen problem, then lied and said they had offered to send it in when they contacted me. The email they sent simply said they could not duplicate the problem and the phone was ready for pickup. I wasted several days without a phone, am no better off than when I walked in, and got far better response calling AppleCare direct. read more

Very horrible experience. Went in to get a diagnostic check was told my logic board was probably bad. Recommended me to leave it for service, told me it would take 3-5 days. Called me two hours later to tell me my logic board was bad. Wasted my money and proceed to ask me to pay almost $500 to replace the logic board not including labor. I found a logic board on google, cost about $200. Installed it myself using google. They overprice their products and services, and have horrible customer service. read more

I should have listened to the other negative reviews from people on this app. I took my iPhone in to be serviced for software issues and the guy at the front counter was condescending and confrontational when I was explaining to him abnormalities that my phone had been demonstrating. Then to "add insult to injury," I have been waiting for over a week now for my phone to be returned to me fixed....yesterday I received a call from a staff member telling me that they still hadn't even processed my phone for repair because they were having a hard time disabling the "find my iPhone" feature (something they could've told me six days ago!) read more

Probably the worst experience I've had with so called 'experts.' I set up an appointment, and drove over an hour for someone to hook my computer up and tell me that it was going to cost $120 for them to check my hard-drive- after myself telling them that I was 99% sure its covered under Apple (flex cable had been deemed faulty). The tech said to charge me $120 initially and then give it back, if the flex cable was the issue. So, I spent 15 minutes contemplating paying money for something that I shouldn't have to, before handing over my card and giving over my details. Turn out I should have just walked out then and waited for an apt. at the Genius Bar. After she typed in all of my information I was told that it was going to take UP TO 40 BUSINESS DAYS! I asked why, specifically and it's due to their "technician being backed up" well it sounds like they need to hire another one then. I fixed the same issue in 15 minutes with the piece online. Save your soul, go to the Genius Bar- hell you're even better off doing it yourself- then won't have to deal with someone who could care less about your issue. Terrible customer service, she looked like she could care less about my issue and more about making commission on their products (No other customers entered while I was in the store, it makes sense why there are so many appointments available but none at the Genius Bar) Update after response: I was told specifically that my laptop would need to be left for at least two weeks before it would be opened and evaluated, and that your technician was so backed up that my MacBook would need to be left for service that could take up to 40 business days. I chose to purchase the piece and fix it myself because the Genius Bar was booked for a week and I had finals to complete within the following week. This is the reason I chose your store in the first place. I have never left a place so irritated and frustrated, that I refused to trust any other shop. I still spent less on the piece than I had on gas and my own time to drive to your store. I hope it was sincerely a flaw with that one sales rep, but I did not have a misunderstanding or receive an incorrect period of time due to misdiagnosing my device as the issue outlined was the same one I fixed. Thank you for your response, Jason, but I never did pay for labor as you found so interesting. You also can look up specific devices and models for things like flex cable issues as eligibility does not require it to be under warranty, so as for needing a case number- this is more just understanding the services offered: MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) models manufactured before January 26, 2016 are eligible to have the hard drive flex cable repaired at no charge." read more

My experience with THIS Visual dynamics each time I have problems with my devices has been exceptional. They understand the problem. They know how to address it in the most efficient manner. I will absolutely never return to this business. My son's phone was taken here to be repaired/replaced. I do admit that my son was not as polite or respectful to the representative, Brittnee, as he should have been when he went in the second time to try and resolve the phone situation. I even apologized for the words that were exchanged. However, after I went in myself later in the day, I can understand why he had the reaction to her "service" that he did. We were told at first that the phone would be replaced under the warranty. Then we were told that it would not because it had a crack in it and was bent...that is exactly how it looked when we took it in originally. As a long term resident and professional in this area, I am shocked by the audacity of this service representative. Never have I experienced this type of so called "service". Please get your employees some customer service training before you no longer have anyone to service. read more

Lousy attitudes abound from the owner to the counter staff. They know everything including what you are about to say, and then answer the question they assumed. Customers are an inconvenience whenever the customer isn't handing them money. There is a another independent Apple dealer just over the bridge on the mainland.
