Went there to get my laptop screen fixed. They quoted me the cheapest price out of any store in Melbourne and Orlando. They would also have been the fastest if they got it done in the time they said they would. I was originally quoted $754. I went to drop it off only to be charged a $120 deposit fee (FIRST ISSUE) that they failed to tell me about on the phone. No big deal. They said it would be done in 5-7 days rather than the 3-5 days they told me on the phone (SECOND ISSUE). A few days later, I get a call saying that they are going to charge me $873.25 instead of $754. This is verbatim what they told me, "Sir, I understand that we misquoted you, but if we did charge you the original price we wouldn't be making any money off you. The part is $699.99 and with tax we are at the price we originally quoted you. There wouldn't be a labor charge so we wouldn't make any money." (THIRD ISSUE) I had already paid the deposit so I was stuck with their business. I told them to go ahead. A few days later, they called me and said they were going to knock the price down to $813.25 and see if there was a cheaper way to fix it. Two days later, I get another call saying the attempt for a cheaper fix was a fail. I was stuck at $813.25 (FOURTH ISSUE). "Fine" I said. I needed the laptop fixed by the end of the week because I was leaving for college. They told me I was their main priority. Two days later, I get another call saying that they needed to train someone to fix the laptop because it was a new model but rest assured it would be done by the end of the week (FIFTH ISSUE). Today, I get a call saying they cannot fix the laptop (SIXTH ISSUE). I told them I would call them back in an hour because I was busy and could not talk. Nick told me that we would be in until 12. I called them back at 11:35 and asked for Nick. "Nick has left for the day." Unbelievable (SIXTH ISSUE). A few minutes later, Nick calls me and makes me an appointment for the Apple Store by my college. Now I have to leave a day early for college, and I will not have my laptop fixed in time for classes. This is the second computer i have purchased at Visual Dynamics. A few months ago I bought an iPad 2 at Visual Dynamics and found the salesperson not at all helpful. He made me feel like I was imposing on him with my questions. I took a class and the instructors were helpful and friendly. Four months later my volume button seemed stuck and there was a gray square symbol in the middle of the screen. I took it to the Viera store and left it. Within 10 minutes the tech called and said there was a small dent on the corner, which I knew. He also said there was a dent by the volume button. I came back to the store to see. I could not see it, but he said he could feel it. Since I damaged it the warranty and Apple Care would not cover it. I was upset and drove to the corporate Apple Store at the Millenia Mall. They were wonderful! They looked at the iPad 2 and immediately said it was covered by warranty. They gave me a brand new iPad and set the whole thing up for me. They made me feel like a valued customer and the only one in the store. What a completely different experience! If Visual Dynamics is going to sell Apples they need to take lessons from the corporate store on customer service. I will shop at real Apple Stores in the future. read more

this was an awful place, I found out they sold me a used computer and upon further research I discovered that they have done it to other people! I heard one case of a customer who discovered his computer had been doctored to say it has more memory than it actually had, he was luckily smart enough to realize this but unlucky because they make you sign tons of papers ensuring that the sale is final and there are no returns whatsoever. These guys buy used computers to sell at full price, much better off driving to the real apple store in orlando or ordering online, this place is no cheaper than buying from apple.com. read more

Been using Apple for years, owner of an Imac,2 mac book pros, 2 iphones, apple tv, and a couple ipods. If you want to be treated like crap and get ripped go here. Not only did they totally destroy my phone when they were supposed to repair it, but they then refused to refund me or fix it correctly. The manager Ana is a complete idiot and extremely rude along with the rest of their staff especially the sales people. It nearly made me sick watching the "sales people" speak to potential customers. Do yourself a favor and drive to Orlando to go to a real Apple Store, or try Connecting Point on US1, they're also a much better option with a very friendly staff, and they repair things the right way. read more

never had a problem with this visual dynamics, but now i have a BIG one. i went in to buy a charging cord on 7/30/18. they no longer sell the white Apple charging cords, so instead i bought a Tera Grand Lightning to USB cable in red/gold for $34.95. this cable broke apart at the lightning end the SECOND time i used it. when i took it back, i expected to be given an apology and a new cord, just like any normal store would do. but no, it turns out that I have to contact Tera Grand MYSELF and bargain with them for a new cord. so, after purchasing two mac airs, two macbooks, four ipads and every accessory i ever needed from this Visual Dynamics, i get to handle a problem with their merchandise myself. on the bill of sale it says that the purchaser, recognizing that seller is not the manufacturer of the equipment...expressly waives any claim against seller based on ANY INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PATENT OR COPYRIGHT OF ANY EQUIPMENT.... which does not apply to this problem. it also says all sales are final and that all issues related to returns, exchanges or refunds must be handled BY THE STORE THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED FROM, which i think is THEM. i really have a problem with this - it's so petty and non-professional, not to mention being in direct violation of their stated policies. read more

Horrible customer support all sales are final. They lied and sold me an out of date item as this generation item. Returned to the store with unopened untouched item and was refused refund. Rude and ignorant, these people give Apple a bad name. read more

Worst experience EVER!! (Viera location) Took my Iphone in on Sept. 3rd and was told a new phone would be overnighted. Spoke with employee on Sept. 7th and once again was told it was going to be overnighted. Checked back on Sept. 9th and they had not done anything. I was lied to twice by the same employee. Seriously Visual Dynamics, you should have some sort of requirements to qualify for employment. And management needs to do just that....MANAGE! Terrible experience.
