Horrible company run by buffoons. I paid, they failed to ship. The staff is horrible. I've seen better customer service from India. I will never buy from them again. Emily at logistics even tried to banned me multiple times but failed. A simple VPN got me in because they tried to stop me from writing a honest review, she's not that smart. Update: the company reached out and refunded the shipping costs fully and made it right. I will still not order from their website, however since they are local to me I will go to their store once it opens back up from covid. Will never buy from PPC'S again. I ordered a hot swap bay based on the company's website specifications listing the bay as sas compatible. Once I got the product and opened the outer box and the Data sheet only stated Sata compatible. i reaches out to return the enclosure which they accepted. They did refund my purchase minus shipping and I had to pay shipping back to them. I am now out 22 dollars for shipping because either A: they are incompetent and don't know what they sell, B: don't care what their website says are specs or C: don't care about the consumer because they pay for the shipping either way and if the companies is wrong they lose no money. I have been building custom computers as a hobby since the mid 80's... especially liquid cooled computer builds! I have helped many friends get into the hobby also... and have even built a few for other people to their specs. Sometimes finding parts for some of the builds c an be a problem. There are several businesses that provide parts though, and I have dealt with most of them! I want to recommend one that I have found to be an excellent source for parts and information! I have been doing business with Performance PC's in Florida for a number of years. They have an extremely wide selection of parts, do some customization of parts, and have always provided top end customer service, fast shipping and reasonable prices! Whether you walk into their shop, or order online.. you will get good service! They have an excellent website that is easy to shop with, and they will also answer questions via phone, email or chat. For Mild or Wild builds, or just plain everyday computer parts... I highly recommend them! read more

not another dime ever. the worst i have ever dealt with. the worst company i have ever dealt with. beware. if you pay for rush processing and they don't meet it in time. they told me i checked off the terms and condition box! it does not show a cut off time! ..so i took a picture and sent it to them. i was told they cant fit the hours of cut off in the box! but they can take the money! "because they cant fit hours in the box! they refunded the fee as a one time "courtesy" also watch out for the refund dept... they wanted to charge me 15% on a package that was never opened and returned by refusal i emailed them and told them that i was going to refuse it and they never responded. you are much better off with newegg of frozen cpu. this is my fourth purchase from them & there stor on amazon and there seems to be an issue every time. do you see the reply? they accept no responsibility and expect you to read there "terms and policy" clearly no cut off time next to rush processing! scam..stay away... again they reply & more excuses. every website in the word has the cut off hours next to the check box except you. stop making excuses and fix you website. no one on earth reads the terms and conditions link! & you assume i know what coast you are on. add the hours next to your scam expedited shipping. cut-off time 3pm est. that is not too hard is it? again they respond and they wont fix the issue. this tells you what kind of business they run. money is more important then a customer. a simple fix of putting 3pm est next to the expedited shipping would solve so many issues for us the customer but they refuse to do it. stay away. use newegg or frozen cpu. im sure they will respond again and not accept any responsibility. this says a lot about the ego of the person writing me back. i will make sure to post this review one every website going. have a nice day... guess what the did after this review? they deleted my account!! lol!! i told you all to beware...see all this on trustpilot. read more

Advertised an item as new but shipped me an open-box item that was missing parts. They then said they would send me the missing parts and give me the tracking info. They did not send me the tracking info as promised and I was unaware they had shipped the missing parts. When I complained and returned the item via Amazon, they attempted to blame me for not knowing they sent the parts. However, they admitted they didn't use the proper method for communicating with customers (via Amazon) while publicly trying to blame me for their mess resulting from their false advertising. In a nut-shell. They falsely advertised an open-box item with missing parts as new, then attempted to partially blame me and distract from their intentional bait-and-switch sales via Amazon. First of all I worked with Bill, and Chris yesterday afternoon and I can honestly say I have not had customer service that good in a long time. I got there at 4:25 (which is 25 minutes before they close) just to pick up an order, but I drove an hour and a half to get there. Bill & Chris not only stayed when one item was not what I thought to help me find something else, but they both continued suggesting items even when we were already over closing time despite my offering to leave, and handle it later. They then even asked if there was anything else I needed after having to process a refund for that one item. This is an incredible place with great people, and I have had nothing but success, and great service with them. read more

First I ordered a pump from them to fix a broken one. Then they didn't send me any tracking information. I had ordered it next day shipping and had to find out that the part wasn't being delivered correctly through Fed-ex. After half an hour of calling the only person who seems to answer customer service (The manager), all he had to say was "Tracking information should have been sent out." He was then brisk and rude with resolving the issue. I finally get the part to find out not only does it leak water, but the pump shuts off after about 3 minutes of use. After another 30 minutes of trying to get a hold of them I get told by the same manager I will have to pay the shipping to return their broken part. Not only that it will cost me a 20% restocking fee! Even though I was **** at the whole situation I said "Have a good day." To his response of "Okay." Don't buy parts from this company. They probably resell the same used and broken parts to continue to make money off of them. read more
